The female server was great on the phone but we ordered 2 everything bagel breakfast sandwiches and instead received multigrain bagels, why was there even a mix up when we specified? 1 sandwich had 2 small pieces of bacon while the other sandwich had about 4 pieces of bacon. We also ordered a Sunshine salad and noticed there were no madarin oranges or slivered almonds. consistency isn't a thing here I assume.

They do promote that they are a "Fresh" cafe and I had a nice chat with the drive through girl who was also the manager (I believe). Very nice person. My sandwich was tasty and beverage fine. WIFI NIGHTMARE - Look, the service and food is great! But that's only so good if I cant enjoy it because I cant stay connected and work at the same time. I had to leave because the wifi was so poor. I am now across town sitting in another coffee shop eating and drinking and writing a poor review for you on their wifi that works... Unfortunate, get it sorted out guys! I wasnt the only one in there today struggling with it!

Attended last night. Had two coffees, the French onion soup and my wife had the rice box with salmon. Extremely disappointed. The French onion soup was warm at best with a slice of unmelted cheese tossed on top. The rice box was cold and when they microwaved it the second time, the salmon was inedible. For $30, it was ...never go again. The place is not the same since the fire or with the new ownership.

This is one of the best places to get coffee and all of Branford. I find it's better quality than Tim Hortons and Starbucks. You may have to pay a little more but it's worth it. Also they have indoor dining and outdoor dining available to all customers. The food is really excellent and not your standard processed corporate food it tastes fresh. In the ambulance inside is nice I recommend this place

I visited this location today and ordered a 'vegetarian hot bowl' for my boyfriend. On the heading in the store it claims these bowls all come with a base of basmati rice, avocado, corn, black beans, feta and dressing, however, upon us receiving the bowl there was white or jasmine rice and no avocado. When I mentioned this to the employee they told me they don't have avocado... It was really irritating to me seeing as I would not have ordered it is this was mentioned to me beforehand, as well as the fact this specific bowl was $10 and was not worth the money if it didn't have all the ingredients I was expecting... Should have been as advertised.

Light meals offered on their menu like sandwiches, soup of the day and pastry treats to have with your coffee or tea. Good food, good service. I had the red pepper and tomato bisque which came with croutons and goat cheese on top and thick lightly toasted bread on the side. I really liked it, nice and thick with the light taste of the cheese.

Staff did not include discount for BOGO waffle, had to give me a cash refund (when I paid debit). They added espresso to my Chai tea latte, and the bread served with breakfast nearly broke my tooth. Entire store had maybe 4 customers at 5pm, and service was slow. Usually isn't this bad but the oldest person there was maybe 19. Sad, because all London locations get 5 starts every visit.

Not the greatest experience today. 3 of us wanted to order lunch so we thought we would call ahead to give notice and were told they were too busy to take a call ahead order because they were catering. So we wrote our 3 orders out and sent someone to get the food for us and ended up getting one grilled Caesar bowl that has croutons which we asked for none, and my grilled Caesar bowl is more like a soup. Usually the dressing is on the side. Not very impressed to say the least.

Good service and staff, but how can I begin to describe the mediocre coffee and poor breakfast? You're probably better off sneaking into the Days Inn continental breakfast because at least you'd be getting your money's worth. The eggs are not cracked onsite and likely come from powder. The coffee isn't great. The service was good, though.

Good service when I was there! Order was perfect and food was very good. We had the ham and swiss bagel -very yummy and reasonable. Good tea selection. (Though I don't know why they charge different prices for sm, med and lg tea since it's just more water.) All else was very good!

Ive been coming here every day for the last year and ordering either a cheesey egg wrap or a toasted western. They changed there menu, the wrap no longer comes with sausage or veggies. I decided to order a toasted western as i have in thr past. When i opened my bag it was on a bagel instead of bread , So i asked for it on toast as i have had it in the past. They switched it for me but it was like toast with a thin crepe between the bread . I didnt feel satisfied after eating it and might as well have had toast and jam. I spent 100 bucks a week here and now um going to angels diner where things dont change

Being somewhat new to the area, I was looking forward to trying this place seeing as it has pretty good reviews. Sadly, I was disappointed. I ordered food to be delivered. The chicken quesadilla was very basic, I thought there would be some type of sauce inside. It’s just cheese and a few bits of chicken. It is served with salsa and sour cream, which made it a bit better. I also ordered a side Caesar salad, which I was very much looking forward to. I’m sure it would have been great, it came with generous portions of parmesan cheese and bacon bits. But no dressing. I’m sure it was an oversight, but seeing as I could not drive there to request dressing, I ended up having quite the dry salad. For the price I paid, I expected better. I wish my review could have been a better one, however I probably won’t be ordering anything from here again.

Was hoping to eat at this Williams, but they were out of alot of menu options. They did not have any rice boxes left, so then I tired ordering a tuna sandwich. They were out of tuna. Then they said they were out of the bread they use to normally make the sandwiches. Then they said they were out of apple juice. At this point I wanted to leave but finally found an item on the menu they had. When my boyfriend finished drinking his coffee he noticed something floating around in the bottom, and it turned out to be the sugar packet wrapper..Not impressed with this Williams.

I've frequented Metropolis for a while but put off reviewing it because I wanted a more exhaustive view on the business. I love the local vibe to it, and the homage they pay to the redline with their ground coffee. I've had a few different lattes and snacks. The snacks can get very pricey considering what you're getting but the place makes up for it in charm. It's not the fanciest place by any means but Metropolis is practical and gets the job done right.

Absolutely stupid prices for most of their drinks and desserts Tim Hortons now selling a London Fog at half the price Williams sells it for and it taste every bit as good. almost forgot. Last large London Fog I got there cost almost $6 similar to Starbucks price but this one was made with curdled milk. Drove all the way back and was asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Umm. Ya I would like both please for my trouble of driving back and listening to my wife Heave and gag once she opened the lid and noticed (after drinking 1/3rd of it already). Surprised they didn't offer a replacement and a refund to begin with but all good. Clean store and friendly staff though.

Wow, as a former employee of the king george road location, I am shocked how downhill things seem to have gone. After waiting over 10 mins for 2 drinks and 2 muffins - the moca latte was the most watered down, discussing latte ive ever had, the frapp my husband got was so badly constructed. We came here wanting a good coffee as starbucks was PACKED, but definitely not worth the $17 I paid...

Lots of parking. Clean. Food is freshly made, bread choices are very tasty. Salads fresh and nicely presented. Lemonade refreshing tastes. Sandwiches are a good size and coleslaw is delicious.

I have been coming to this particular Williams for 5 years now as I am addicted to their peanut butter cookies that they quite frequently burn so I will call and order them and ask them to take them out early especially since they hiked the prices on everything ridiculously overnight. I went in the day before Mother's Day after ordering them and they gave me burnt cookies. I than called and talked to somebody who said "oh don't worry we'll make you more just call in" it's ridiculous but they know me by name I come in that often. I called today talked to a very nice girl who than called me back and informed me that the owner would not be honouring their word and pretty much that it's ok to sell people 10 dollars worth of burnt cookies. Clearly the owner here doesn't care about their customers or the quality of their food ! Considering I have been a very good customer for years now and they are acting so poorly really shows what kind of owner and business that is !!! That's not normal business practise. If your employees mess something up (by accident or not) for a paying customer you fix that issue and not lie !! Really good to know how this owner "runs" this business.

The chicken in the panini seemed old and tasteless. Very disappointed, this place used to be awesome but unfortunately has since gone down hill. It will not be around for much longer.

Manager/owner is extremely rude. I was sitting at a booth alone aiming to order after the completion of an assignment and she walked up to my booth and was like "are you going to order soon." After approximately 15 minutes, she sent one of her employees to my booth and the employee asked me to leave my booth and move to a single patron table to accommodate the apparent lunch rush they were expecting to receive. Having worked in a restaurant setting myself, I understood how wrong it was to ask a patron to shift tables for the organization's convenience. Feeling frustrated, I packed up my belongings and told another employee prior to leaving that every single booth was occupied with single patrons and no one else was asked to move. To this, the employee replied with "I know exactly who would have asked you to do that, you should honestly go back and sit down, it is wrong of the manager to ask that of you." This statement by this employee made it quite apparent that this was not the first time an incident like this had occurred and that this is the norm to be expected by the manager. Highly disappointed with the new management as this Williams location used to always be optimal.

It's a Williams, if you've been to one, you've been to all of them. This place is pretty good as far as Williams goes. Lots of places to sit down and work while you eat / drink your coffee. It gets a little loud when there are a lot of people there.

Visited today for quick lunch. Had the Italian Wedding soup which was great. Came with garlic toast and price was was reasonable. Good quiet atmosphere for a quick lunch when you are on the go. Restaurant was clean and service was great. Greeted with a smile when we walked in and seemed like the employees liked working there.

Today, my spouse, our close friend and I visited this cafe for lunch. We were shocked at how fast our food was served despite the fact we placed the order at the peak noon hour. Our respective lunches were on point and exactly the way we ordered them. Everything was delicious. Now we know where to have lunch the next time we visit our dear friend who lives in Brantford.

I ordered one drink, it was delivered to my table. The server did not take away the order number flag thingy, didn't clear our table when we had finished our drinks. Cleared all other tables though.

Went there for breakfast... They had some interesting choices like, as an example... chocolate waffles, but I just ended up ordering the basic breakfast with bacon and sausage. Overall, the food was good, the service excellent: only one thing I might suggest is increasing the portion sizes slightly.. Otherwise excellent!
