I don’t know how to explain this but this Wendy’s (that I have stopped at every time I pass through North Bay), has consistently had the best spicy chicken sandwich of any Wendy’s that I have eaten at. The bun looks perfect, the tomatoes have that field quality taste and the lettuce was green and crispy. Never miss a chance to stop here no matter what time of day!

Thank you for a great experience the other day. We ordered our food through @skipthedishes, 3 combos and an order of nuggets. Decent fast food if you know what to get and when to get it. Service is always fast at the drive-thru - I've never waited more than a minute at the window. Fries are usually a bit bitter or overdone. Get something with a pretzel bun if you can. Avoid the Baconator.

Only been here two times and both experiences were a nightmare. First time I went inside hoping to get a quick chocolate frosty to go and ended up standing in line for almost 15 minutes. I couldn't even leave because the line was so jam packed and there was only one person taking orders (though she apologized profusely for the wait - it wasn't her fault they were so understaffed). Second time the girl at the counter (Mercedes) was EXTREMELY rude... the only two words she said to me were "Hi" and "Ok" in an extremely bored, snobby, I'm-too-good-for-this-job attitude. As I got in my car to leave, the woman who was in line behind me told me Mercedes was extremely rude to her, too. Sadly, there are tons of people in Kelowna who would love to have the job this girl takes for granted. Wendy's should think about hiring one of them in her place.

This place used to be alot better but ever since it went under new ownership the level of training and management seem to have gone done alot. I would say 15-25% of my orders are messed up. While the wait times here are some of the worst I've ever experienced, I have to admit that the food by far the best tasting compared to the other locations in Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa. At the end of the day, I would rather my food be properly cooked and prepared than rushed out the window. Still, it would be nice if I could quickly hit the drive through on my lunch without being late getting back to work.

Their quality control is a little random. I've found hair in my salad. I had a baconator that didn't have bacon. But on the good side: they have a Coke Freestyle. I guess that's good news. I almost never eat in their restaurant and instead order it as takeout. Their dining area isn't well kept, so it's a bit of a hazmat on bad days.

This location never has anything. If you have a half hour to wait for your food despite being rushed and using a drive through, they got you. Want food within the hour? You'd best go ANYWHERE else. It is legitimately faster to order at a dine in restaurant and ask for it to go.

Was in there yesterday. Kids working the tills were as good as I expect in a fast food restaurant but the system of getting food to the guests lacks. Having someone call out your name barely a whisper and then maybe (and I mean maybe) walking around the place with your cold food looking for you. The portions are terrible, the food looks like it’s been thrown through a blender and then reformed and the staff, my god the staff is by far the most disrespectful group of workers (other than two people) I have ever met. Everytime I order thru skip the dish for food here. There is always something missing from the order. If Wendy's wants a returning customer they should ensure the delivery people have and take all the parcels. Just because the delivery guy signs for it doesnt mean he took it all . Regardless if the manager at this location feels it's not her staffs job to ensure the delivery guy does take all packages, it still reflex on them as well . If u want a returning customer u have to give some effort to ensure a smooth transition. And if there is an issue between both parties it should be up to both companies to reach a conclusion and not the customer.

One of the better places to go for fast food. Burgers are par with other Wendy's. Staff is surprisingly courteous and very accommodating. The Coca Cola machine is quite convenient and provides several flavors. Parking area is also quite big given that it's located in a mall. Would recommend this place highly.

St. James street location certainly the best drive thru experience. A genuinely pleasant greeting everytime. The JBC's , junior bacon cheeseburgers, are grandson approved and if your fridge should die they even sell ice for 2$ a bag. Lol, had to buy a fridge.

During the COVID-19 protocols. I found my experience there was very unsatisfing. I work in a professional profession industry. And sanitization is a must. Our server took our order, handled our money. Then proceeded to put our food together in the bag. No gloves, no cleaning of any surface. She also was training a new employee, but made him do nothing. And the bathroom was disgusting. They were unusable. I don't want to put all the blame on the employees. But the EMPLOYER / OWNER but they should know better. The eating area was not cleaned before or after customers. The garbage cans were over flowing.

Was there a moment ago to get Frosty's The order screen shows .99 cents for small. I ordered two and the total comes to $4.20 I said that I ordered small Frostys. I was then told that that price ended two weeks ago. And to drive up. I was told even though it says 99 cents they would let management know and there would be no way to change my total. I mentioned charge me for one give me two. They would not do that or change the price to 99 cents. BEWARE before you buy. Their pricing has changed inside, but the drive thru menu board has not changed. Not very nice customer relations for Wendy's to follow. Shame on you. D.

Food was great here, and was served quickly. There is lots of seating available. I love about this particular Wendy's that there are lots of windows so it gets a lot of natural light on the inside. Good place to stop and eat for lunch, or for a snack! In addition, there's plenty of parking spots available outside.

All kinds of signage saying dining room is now open again and you can enjoy your meal inside. If you are gonna open the dining room it would make common sense to open the washrooms as well, yes covid is still going on but if you open one you should open up both. Might as well keep the place closed, Order took a long time as well so I can't see myself coming back to this location. There is a drive thru but that line was huge and there isn't much of a parking lot to have this kind of traffic tying up the entire strip mall.

Great place for a quick visit. Food came fast and was hot and fresh. You can use coupons to save some money! It can be busy in the drive thru during lunch time but staff can handle it. I recommend this location. There are always ample staff on shift. Open long hours as well!

Average Wendy's. Not the cleanest place and the staff rarely are happy when serving you. Found my burgers were sloppily put to get her and sometimes with to much sauce on them. The drinks are watery sometimes also. Parking is normally available and easy to access.

It's sad, when you've been to other Wendy's and the drive-thrus run like oiled machinery. You order, you pay, you are handed your order, you leave. All within a minute or two. Then you go to a place like this where the drive-thru rarely takes less than 10-15 minutes. I don't know if it's increased business because of delivery services like skip-the-dishes, etc, or what, but they are not compensating for it, and it shows.

Years ago Wendy’s was fabulous. Over the years I have seen a tremendous decline in quality of food. Especially the burgers . As of recent we ordered a lettuce wrap burger and we have had many, at many different establishments. This one at Wendy’s was by far the worst!! For those who don’t know, most are wrapped in plenty of lettuce. This one came in a container with no mayonnaise, ketchup or mustard as well as it wasn’t “ wrapped” but only one piece of lettuce on each side of the DOUBLE burger. Impossible to each. Utterly ridiculous! We are personally done with Wendy’s!

I've placed probably 40 orders at this location since I've lived in this neighbourhood (4 years). Maybe more. 90% of the orders placed come out wrong. It doesn't matter if I'm ordering a sandwich by itself or a combo or two or three combos, either the food will be wrong or they forgot to put in straws for the drinks or spoons for the chilli or sauce for whatever. There's always something wrong with the order. It's literally the most disorganized and inconsistent restaurant I've ever been to.
