Great coffee coupled with customer service that goes well beyond the norm! I am picky about my coffee. I have been a customer for three years but periodically will try other roasters. I have found their combination of quality and value with great service unmatched. I keep coming back to their milder but delicious fair trade organic Columbian for my Rancilio espresso machine. They have a pro grinder and can grind the fresh roast for you if need be. With the pandemic they needed to close the store front so that they can space out and protect their employees. I miss the store because I enjoyed the visit and the attitude of their employees when I would drop in. Kudos to them re Covid safety though; with their contact free pickup they put my beans in the trunk. Thanks Muldoons! Glad to see you are still thriving in these crazy times.

Very excited to be able to have Muldoon's delicious coffee in my life again! 1000% better than my old kurig machine for fantastic coffee and brewing capabilities. I won't ever be going back! Story time: 5 years ago I used to work for a company that was partenered with Muldoons to have a very high-end industrial machine to make single serve coffee for the staff and clients. I was responsible for ordering the coffee from their local distributor and making coffee for clients and I was absolutely enamored with the entire process. Easy ordering process with fast and professional delivery? ✔ Beautiful packaging and coffee names on display? ✔ A brewing system to allow for fully customized brews? ✔ Lots of fresh coffee varieties including flavoured and espresso blends? ✔✔✔ Fully biodegradable coffee pucks and packaging?! ✔ I didnt even know I wanted! I had a Muldoon's coffee every day and it was the highlight of my morning and honestly the highlight of the entire job (enough so that I used to rave to my partner about the coffee at least once a week). When I left for another position I ended up going back to my Kurig 2.0 model and making my coffee at home and it was a barely passable experience that became "fine" over time as I got used to it again. The kurig was inconsistent, the k-pods were expensive, it was a pain to clean, the coffee was always hit-or-miss, and since I loved recycling the muldoons singles I started trying to recycle my k-pods which was a huge pain. Before Christmas 2020 my Kurig's bottom needle broke off which caused me to have to puncture my pods manually and would often end up getting grinds in my coffee. Since kurig practically makes a new model of machine every year, my machine had been phased out and they didnt have a replacement part for my model anymore. I looked around to get the part I needed but they were all very expensive or the shipping would have arrived after Christmas so I decided it wasnt going to be worth the hassle and started looking into new machines. I was a bit fed up with Kurig and looked around for other brands and models to try to avoid going back to Kurig again. I wasn't finding much, so for fun, I checked out the Muldoon's site to see if they ever sold the industrial machines privately or if I could figure out how to get one in my home. While on their site, I was SO excited to find out that they were stocked with small residential Bloomfield SunCana machines that worked with their coffee pucks and that there was an amazing sale right before Christmas! I did some research on the machine and the math to see the price of a muldoons puck in comparison with a k-cup (spoiler it's the same if not a bit cheaper for waaaaaay better coffee) and decided to go for it because even if I had trouble with the brewer/things had changed for the worst with Muldoons, at least I would be able to have something other than instant coffee for Christmas Day. The SunCana brewer arrived very quickly with the coffee I ordered and had been pre-tested and calibrated by Muldoons with simple and easy instructions to follow. I literally made a coffee the next morning after it arrived and lost my mind at how good it worked, how great the coffee was, and that I had been putting up with Kurig coffee for 4 years when I could have been having perfect cups of Muldoon's again?! ???? Since then I have ordered coffee in bulk (which I prefer so I don't have to worry about running out before I can order again and so I have lots of options) multiple times and had the pucks sit in their packaging for 3+ months before drinking while staying fresh for that entire time. I have cleaned my brewer using the simple instructions that were included a couple times without any problems and I haven't had any issues with ordering/deliveries and they have been personalized with a fun add-in to try each time so far ????. All of this is to say I have had nothing but love and loyality for Muldoons as a brand, and will never have anything but their ridiculously fresh coffee in my house as long as my SunCana lasts! 10/10 would reccomend!

Where do I begin? The customer service at Muldoon's is absolutely amazing, the coffee is incredible and they have products that will suit anyone's palate. My first sip of Muldoons coffee was fantastic! Their maple shortbread flavour is my favourite. One big bonus is their minimal plastic usage, the coffee packets are environmentally friendly so I don't ever feel guilty when disposing my single use coffee packet. Will be ordering from them again for sure!

Place is great and friendly customer service, however not too impressed with the coffee. Perhaps I chose the wrong one for my taste, went with the Columbian and its very dark with oily beans, I will try the Costa Rican next time and update my review if needed. Usually buy Costa Rican from Javaworks close by and it is fantastic.

I wouldn't call myself a coffee expert by any means, but I now know what good coffee tastes like! Over many years I have had coffee from all of the popular coffee shop chains, multiple Keurig brands and flavours, and other brands that can be bought in a grocery store. For all of those years, I just "liked" coffee; Then came Muldoon's. A colleague suggested I tried it as a major taste and quality upgrade to the Keurig coffee brands I was drinking. Well it is going on two years ago when I first tried the coffee, in which there after I sold my Keurig and picked up a Bunn coffee maker for Muldoon's Singles. Simply put, their coffee is amazing! Fresh, full of delicious flavour and aroma, and brewed at the correct temperature coffee should be. I even drink it black sometimes just get the full flavour of what quality coffee is capable of. Oh ya, they are also a great team with great service ????????. Enjoy!

As a retired teacher I have consumed far more than my fair share of coffee both in trying to stay awake to mark papers or sit through staff meetings. My wife and I were treated to a lunch by our daughters at an upscale restaurant. Lunch was good, coffee was amazing I had to ask the waitress what brand the coffee was I had never heard of Muldoons but now I am an avid consumer. I resupply with Muldoon's every few weeks at their store where the prices are great and selection varied and staff friendly and knowledgable. I hate to sound like a commercial but treat yourself to a great coffee and buy from a company that is environmentally sensitive and delivers a great coffee.

Hi There, We had just realized that we were out of Muldoon's coffee, I placed an order on the morning of Wednesday April 15th, (the website was easy to use) and I immediately received a confirmation of my order. The next morning, I received a second email, confirming that my order had been successfully received and processed, and would be shipped via Canpar, to arrive in 2-5 business days, about an hour later the door bell rang, and there on my doorstep was my coffee order! We started drinking Muldoon’s around 2014. The company was introduced to me by a friend while sitting at the lake one day. 2 weeks later we had 2 single cup Suncana brewers and a variety of flavours. We have been drinking Muldoon’s ever since and although there are many great coffees out there, we remain with Muldoon’s for many reasons . First and foremost, the Flying Scotsman is my favorite coffee ( from anywhere ). Ordering online is a dream with Muldoon’s. Depending on where you are living, the delivery time is really quick. I live in the Niagara Region and I have had the coffee sitting on my porch the next day. The team there always make you feel like part of the family with a little personalized message along with your order. ( thank you for that ). The brewing process is also a plus for anyone who is concerned with earth friendly action and personal health. All packaging is recyclable or biodegradable, and at no time are you consuming a hot coffee that that has been forced through plastic or aluminum packaging . I work for the fire department and we are currently giving the single brew system a test run at our station. Each of us order our favorite flavours and consume fresh coffee instantly rather than trying to brew half pots or wasting. My wife and I were introduced to the Muldoons boys and their coffee approximately 10 years ago – and I don’t think we have had more than 10 cups of coffee that weren’t Muldoons since then! It is simply the freshest, the hottest and the best tasting coffee we have ever had – and Muldoons coffee is not killing the planet like virtually every other coffee option on the market. We have every strength of Muldoons coffee at the office and at home – and we enjoy it so much at home, that we put a second coffee machine on the 2nd floor of our home (so we wouldn’t have to waste time going down to the kitchen for that all important first cup in the morning…)! I randomly went into Muldoons to try a different supplier of roasted beans. Was VERY impressed with their facility. In the back they have a huge warehouse with piles upon piles of giant bags of beans, and on-site roasting equipment. Lots of variety to choose from. Beans, K-Cups, T-discs, etc. Friendly people, very easy to deal with. Also very fair and reasonable prices.
