I used to say it was the best chicken/poutine place around, being a regular customer for about 25 years or so, but I can't anymore. So I'm changing my 5 stars review to 2. Cold, mooshy fries, when they are more than dozen, cold club sandwich with moist bread, poutine with 'no' sauce or way too much sauce, cold chicken, lack of bread, etc. And the service got bad as well; had to argue with the staff to have with cheese curds on the side as I prefer not to have a sack of melted cheese when I get home; and don't get me started about the service when there is a mistake. Not too sure what happened but they've been on the downward since a few months before the pandemic started and it's not getting better. Oh, and their online order is mostly unavailable, always saying it'll be back at noon... Not too sure I'll give them another chance...

Nous avons donc rappelé afin de faire part de cette erreur en pensant se faire renvoyer nos filets ou se faire rembourser, mais non, ils ne peuvent faire mieux qu'un crédit de 5$, pour quelque chose qui en vaut 10$ avant taxes, non négociable... Peut-être pas la faute des employés, mais l'efficacité de la ligne téléphonique et leur politique pour satisfaire les clients est vraiment à réviser. Il me semble que ce serait un minimum d'avoir un équivalent à l'erreur sur la commande, surtout que cette chaîne a pourtant une très bonne réputation ailleurs! Alors pour la note finale, on aurait bien donné 0 sur 5, mais je donne l'étoile à notre livreur qui lui était très sympathique et n'avait rien à se reprocher! Aussi noter le fait que le poulet était sec, et le club pas mal défait et sans laitue!

June 7th 2018 Placed an order at your restaurent in Beloeil for a family dinner. Sure was not a good experience. 1-unsmiling face of the cashier as we seem to be a bother and a little later, her placing her face next to a mirrored window in order to clean her teeth. 2-the “boy” giving our order wouldn’t seem to be able to stand when he gave me my order. 3-standing and waiting for the order, we have plenty of time to look around and see all the dust behind one of the side television screen which just so happens to be just above where all the orders pass under. 4-as if this was not enough, only once we had left did we notice that she (the cashier) had not taken down our correct order as we had ordered the poutine with chicken and got both without. Only reason we didn’t go back was once we looked at the bill had we noticed she charges us “without chicken” All in all, normally when we see a Benny, we go in to eat. Now you can be sure I will from now on think twice before eating there again, if ever again. You might want to double check some of your restaurent as this one in Beloeil sure is under par for one that carries your name.
