C'est fascinant de les voir aller et cela demande beaucoup d'expérience pour feindre d'être tellement occupé au point d'ignorer totalement la clientèle. Il n'y a aucun autre commerce, toutes catégories confondues, qui maîtrisent aussi bien l'art de faire attendre des clients, à la caisse comme partout ailleurs. L'incompétence doit être leur critère de sélection primordial. J'ai hâte de voir la réponse insignifiante de l'adolescente en charge des réseaux sociaux, répéter comme elle le fait avec toutes les autres commentaires vides de sens et pré-formatés, en prétendant que le service et la satisfaction des clients chez PJC est une priorité, tout en m'invitant à communiquer avec leur département... Si vous êtes vraiment concernés par le service à la clientèle, envoyez donc des agents-évaluateurs déguisés en clients (ne porter pas une blouse blanche avec une épingle PJC, de préférence...). Ils vont démissionner après deux semaines, complètement brûlés par le temps d'attente qu'ils auront subis dans vos succursales. C'est épouvantable de constater le niveau de service médiocre de cette chaîne. Monsieur Coutu doit se rouler dans sa tombe...
