For the rolls I chose two: shrimp and pork. The same pork as the Banh mi so still there are pieces of fat. One of the two rolls had broken open during transport so it had to be eaten with a knife and fork. The poor girl was all alone to prepare everything so it was interminable. Sur l’heure du midi un jour de semaine : je suis allée chercher deux banh mi (un bœuf citronnelle et l’autre porc char siu) La sandwich au bœuf ne goûtait pas du tout la citronnelle et le porc avait énormément de morceaux de gras et de tiraille. Pour les rouleaux j’en ai choisi deux: crevettes et porc. Le même porc que le Banh mi donc encore là des morceaux de gras. Un des deux rouleaux s’était éventré durant le transport donc il a fallu le manger avec un couteau et une fourchette. La pauvre fille était toute seule pour préparer le tout donc ça a été interminable. Elle s’excusait sans cesse et m’a offert une salade de papaye pour l’attente. Celle-ci était bonne. Used to drive to china town for Pho, don't need to anymore! Tried this place and it was great. Had the beef pho soup, meat was very high quality and delicious and the broth was excellent. Very pleased with this addition to the south shore, will definitely be going back.
