There was no one in line, you were asked for extra sauce twice, why did I get a sandwich with so little sauce it wasn't worth it?Yum bread and meat. I was with others and couldn't turn around to have it corrected although that's scary in itself. Pay attention!!! You owe me a sandwich with EXTRA SAUCE! Also we learn to stack things as toddlers. I had to completely redo my sandwich, what are you doing?

My son loves the baconator!!! Sadly the fries are too few and it's annoying that when you order a combo...they ask if u want S M L? I say whatever comes with it. I don't want more charges on an already expensive meal????

We went through the drive-thru tonight and ordered meals. In my meal, I had half of what typically comes in a combo for fries. We also ordered small frostys, two strawberry and one chocolate... We received all chocolate. Then our drinks were also messed up. My husband got some dark flavoured pop instead of coke zero, and I got sprite instead of ice tea. This isn't the first time our order has been wrong. They did correct it once we turned back and went into the location. It was a waste of our time having to do this.

This drive thru is ALWAYS busy (like lined up around the drive thru and to the edge of the parking lot) but if you go inside, it's super fast. Food is cooked fresh. They have a fountain machine that lets you add flavor shots to your soda. Very new and clean as well!

This restaurant has gone down hill pretty far since I was a teen working at one. I find there burgers gross. now there always mushy way to much condiments huge chunks of onions and I love onions but on there burgers it's to much. Just not the same as when I was young..

4 separate visits to this restaurant, and 4 different times they've messed up my order, forgotten am item (or two), given the wrong drink, missed a receipt or the wrong flavour of Frosty. As this is a new restaurant (recently opened), I decided to try them out not long ago. I have only EVER had 4 visits to this location. All 4 visits have had something go amiss. I've spoken with the store manager who has said she has some work to do with her staff (fair statement!). I have called customer service (the toll free on the back of the receipt) 2x and given my story. I have asked to speak to a regional manager at one point, and was told 3-4 days for a call back. No call back. I am an ex-Wendy's employee from many years ago in another city. I believe in the food and the quality they provide. As a restaurant owner myself (and I have identified this to the Wendy's folks), I pride myself on quality and order accuracy. Today was the final straw. Picked up an order for my better half and a co-worker, PSWs at a local nursing home, and chicken nuggets were on the order. Everything else was fine. Sauce was in the bag, but no nuggets. Tried calling the number on the receipt for the store, no answer, and voicemail not setup. Tried the toll-free number on the back, closed for the weekend. I am at my wit's end and am unlikely to return again.

Nice place. Newly built. Fast service. The lady taking orders the last few times has been extremely rude and gruff. Not the same lady at the pay window though. The rest of the staff are very friendly and nice. The order lady could use a bit of an attitude change. Otherwise, a happy experience. Was given exactly what I ordered - after having my order messed up at the order window many times. Good experience overall.

Generally it's a good idea to turn off the hot air blower in the entranceway during summer, and to not stick your soap dispensers sideways on top of the paper towel holder so that liquid soap sprays all over customers and the floor. The diverse staff are ocasionally well mannered though, so that's a plus ????

Too slow at 1:00 pm for in store service. Staff was unfamiliar with orders being placed. Had to look at wall board displaying items. Didn't work well with two customers at once.!!! More training and english language needed.

I enjoyed my fries and salad. Fairly clean, well lit place. Staff are very welcoming, nice and polite. Nice to have a new Wendy's on this end of the city, closer to my workplace. I would definitely visit again!!!

Finally I can eat Wendy’s again. Always loved Wendy’s but the location on north front creeped me out. Always closing for renovations but never really renovated made me wonder if there was an infestation of some sorts Was super pumped when this new location was built and they haven’t disappointed yet! Food is always hot and fresh... a few mistakes on orders in the first couple weeks but they always made it right with an apology. Wendy’s was always a fave! Glad to have it back in the rotation!

Prices are decent and food is usually hot. The salads are actually really good for a fast food place. Only complaint was the cheese sticks seem to have almost no cheese in them, but what can u expect for $3

I order from Wendy's often.. Since the original store is under construction I have to order from Sidney St location. I have had a few issues since. Lids aren't on and chili sauce is all over. I order a large strawberry lemonade, but got a small. Can't get through or leave a message. I can not leave work. I think I will wait to order again until the new location opens.

Ordered dinner for my husband and myself because I was late getting home from work. I clearly put that there was a tomato allergy on the comments for my burger and yet when the food arrived there was ketchup on my burger. To make it worse there was very little and it looked as if they had tried to scrape it off. I am afraid of if I had not checked before eating my burger. I got a hold of skip the dishes and they were great. I then tried to call the restaurant to ensure my replacement was made properly and after over 20 calls I gave up because skip informed me it was already on its way. This is absolutely shameful on how this restaurant treats an allergy and then to not answer the phone after more than 20 calls....just terrible customer service. Whoever made this burger clearly has no regard for the customers health as they clearly saw my comments since they was no cheese as requested (just a preference).

Ate inside. Very small due to the restrictions of covid dining. Food was slow coming due to high drive through, plus Skip the dishes. It's wendys, so if you want their food, it's good. You have to show your 2 vaccinations certificate but that's standard now. It's a new restaurant.
