My family and I have ordered from this branch often. We have always asked for a change on a couple different rolls, no meat, and it has never been a problem before. Our last order the quantity was messed up, so we made a complaint. Which is normal. Tonight, my husband tells me that they now refuse to modify anything because of his previous complaint. This is pretty strange, there were no issues before and no confrontations around the complaint. He then cancelled the order.
