For the main course, we took a smoked salmon avocado, a vegan, Carole's cinnamon cakes and a Chicken'N "Waffle which we found very good. I recommend this place to anyone passing through Bathurst. I had the joke of ordering the cinnamon cakes which were really big. I was fooled by the American size. I really recommend this place to all my friends from Belgium to begin with????. Je recommande ce endroit à tous ceux qui passent à Bathurst. J'ai eu la blague de commander les cakes-canelle qui étaient vraiment de grande portion. Je me suis faite avoir par la taille américaine. Went to the Bathurst NB restaurant for breakfast this morning and i was so pleased with our waitress Amelie, she went above and beyond for us! She got me a refill on my water without me asking and i cannot remember the last time i didn't have to chase down my waitress for a refill in other restaurants around town! She was professional, friendly and simply gave us such a refreshing time, it was great! I feel like the food taste 10x better when its served with love! She is a good example of a perfect waitress!!! Give the girl a raise!!!!!

Well I’ve been trying to eat at the pur & simple in Dartmouth now all summer with no luck getting seated in a reasonable time. This location though was very accommodating and got us in 2 days in a row with large groups of 10+. The breakfast here is amazing, there wasn’t one complaint at the table either visits that I heard, the waitresses were on the ball, and never missed a beat. I see a lot of people on here complaining about the prices. Well people, you get what you pay for, and here you get great food and great service.

Food was awesome, portions were good and service was great. Service was a little slow but on there defence the place was busy and I'm sure the speed will pick up as they get seasoned. Would be nice to have condiments on the table for your toast. I would recommend and will go back.

Ate here for the first time today. Food was great, staff were friendly. Only thing I didn't like was small serving sizes for coffee and massively oversalted fries I could not eat. Such a shame to waste food but fries were inedible. (Edit) I've eaten here a few times since, amazing menu, good prices. Food is delicious. Hash browns are amazing.

Good place to have breakfast, lots of choices and the also have several gluten free, keto and others dietary options available. They serve breakfast until 3pm and on weekdays they have a special lunch menu starting at 11am. This is a breakfast/lunch type restaurant so it closes at 3pm. Take exit 308 from Highway 11 for St-Anne street, they are in the plaza besides Walmart.

OMG, where do I start ! Had to wait in line since it just opened for business as I needed to see what the hype is about ... Simply put, the best breakfast ever ( they have lunch menu as well ) Food quality, taste and presentation was amazing. Service was great, atmosphere and decor was top-notch and made us want to sit down and enjoy our meals. A "must go to " spot in town !

Pur and Simple, while somewhat pricey, is well worth every cent. The food is amazing and in large portions. The waffles are delectable but make sure you have room for a feast. Their home style toast, while a bit of an uncharge, is so good it is one of the things that keeps me coming back. However I will say that due to COVID-19 there has been some delays and you are sometimes waiting 5-10 minutes to be served. While that is an annoyance, the final product is well worth the wait. P.S. Big Three with breakfast poutine is amazing.

The hash browns were light and fluffy, but crispy on the outside and full of flavor with some crispy onion on the side that tasted amazing. I don't usually like hash browns or onions but everything I had on my plate was delicious and I'm definitely coming back for more. Friendly staff.
