I made the mistake of looking at my food here one day. The burgers have little white bits in it and couldn't figure out if it was made of ligaments or eyeballs. 100% beef doesn't really tell you where it comes from, if you get my drift. Grossed out and will never eat cartilage again.

This place was good at one time but the last time I went through they only gave me half my order and it was old and cold, generally I would've went back to fix it but the location is so hard to get in and out of that it was pointless and even worse when the train goes through. It's a place that has to get it right and have it hot the first time because it borderlines a one strike and your done type of business. If things are good a business is worth the hassle but this kind of issue will stick with them forever

It was nice and quiet, staff were relatively fast and pleasant to deal with and very accommodating to everyone's needs. Store was clean and actually being cleaned at the time. Prices are decent as per expection. Major downside is getting the kids to sit and eat is exponentially harder when they feed off each other and want to keep running away to the play place, not that you can really fault Burger King for that. Just hard to reason with an 18 month old when they see the play place. That being said we will be back regularly.

I am amazed that this location isn't busier <--- that spelling does look right?!? The food is consistently hot and fresh! their breakfast isn't served all day like some others but you can order regular menu items (whoppers etc.) Early in the morning. It's been clean on every one of my visits. On my last visit I ordered 2of their omelette sandwiches, with hash browns and drinks, then some cheesy bacon filled taters and a couple whoppers we were all happy and full, it was awesome!

Have been to this location many times and received amazing quality service and products. Tonight, myself and my significant other went through the drive to pick up dinner to later discover our burgers were absolutely squished and cold. We ended up throwing them in the garbage and went somewhere else to eat. When I called and spoke to the manager he insisted that I retrieve the burgers out of the garbage can and return them to the store for a replacement. He even denied me a refund. So appalled. Will never return again.

I love burger King, it's got a decent selection and the food is always to satisfaction. The one thing stopping me from giving this a 5 rate is your prices, specifically the chicken. How do you justify the chicken fries being $6more than the nuggets considering you actually get more with the nuggets in both meat and 1 extra vs the fries...2.99 for 10pc nuggets vs 8.99 for 9 chicken fries. Kinda seems fishy. Would like to see a more justifiable price.

If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. Stopped in as we were passing through and we had not eaten dinner and we were hungry. Server was very hard to understand, got the drink order wrong. $26.00 for two burger meals that were terrible. No flavour, old rotting lettuce. No salt, onion rings were doughy. Wanted to use the washroom but had to go back and ask to have the light turned on. Stomach upset after eating 1/3 if burger. Do not recommend at all. Never stopping here again.

Ordered a burger, it came to me missing ingredients, when I asked an employee to fix it, she just said that the missing ingredients weren't part of my burger, even though there was a picture of the burger right beside her showing what I was missing. Is it that hard to admit a mistake?
