Second Cup has always been a first choice for me. I’ve missed it’s flavours since it left Barrie. Now the chain has restructured its business it’s good to see it try new things. It’s wholly owned Canadian chain and guarantees a great flavour. This location is a partnership with Petro Canada and service can be slow but I will wait for quality.

Stefanie provided excellent customer service during our visit. It was suddenly busy and she managed to serve drive-thru and walk in customers quickly by herself!

Best bang for your buck for coffee in barrie, all the drinks are carefully made with love and the bakery food is incredible. The wait is longer than Tim's across the road but good things take time and for the extra minute or 2 you get a truly enjoyable product everytime

The lady who I usually see working here is one of the most personable people I have every met. Customer service way beyond what you would expect from your average cafe. Also, their coffee is fantastic and more reasonably priced than larger chains. Highly recommend this spot over the competitors.

Lattes are good but they're slower than anything. Pretty sure the sched 1 person on the weekends and it takes forever to get through 3 cars

Food is good, but way too expensive and it takes WAY too long. I was the only one who ordered food as I watched the car lined up on the road for the tim hortons across the road from me drive away with their food before I got mine.

I love this convenient drive-thru location. And the one gal that's almost always there is so super super friendly. I always get my favorite flavors there and it really just makes my weekly or bi-weekly trip through Barrie perfect

I have been going to this location since it opened. Their beverages are far superior to the large chain across the street. Try their hot chocolate - second to none. As an added bonus - dealing with Courtney is a wonderful experience. Happy, engaging and genuine.
