Went through their Drive-Tru and just that is an experience in itself. The speaker is so low that hearing the staff is a hurdle in itself, but when a car goes by, it's impossible. As for the food, it was not good. I ordered the Modern Caprese and Broccoli Mac and Cheese (You pick 2 option) and I should have read one of the review below because just like that one my sandwich was a gooey mess with barely anything in it. I cannot tell you how good was the Mac and Cheese because the staff made a mistake and gave me the Broccoli and Cheese soup instead but it probably tastes similar which is "meh". My wife had the Asian sesame salad and the regular Mac and Cheese and the salad was okay but they definately do not give enough dressing and her Mac and Cheese was also not bad but not great either. Even the bad of potatoes chips they give as a side was stale. What was surprising though was the price. $30 for what we got was ridiculous. It's way overpriced. They are definately riding on their "healthy" reputation. You can tell that I will never go back to Panera Bread again.

Under my sandwich I found 2 small black hairs. The sandwich itself was fine; the soup (black bean) was so salty I couldn't finish it, though that's personal taste. The service was good, in that the employees were pleasant. I don't like the food, not today or the other times I've been to Panera. I don't like the black hairs beneath it in particular. For $13 you should be getting better.

Panera has really stepped up its game! It was probably a year ago when I would’ve given this place 1-2 stars, for food and service as I’ve previously found the people at the counter unpleasant and the food was really inconsistent from American establishments (different grade of meats and soups were cooked to death!) Now - I get my “you pick 2” bacon turkey bravo and broccoli cheddar soup and it tastes EVEN BETTER than any dining experinence I had in the US - & just a fresher taste overall. Same goes for the breakfast menu - egg & cheese sandwhich, fluffy bagels, bold coffee, all very good quality and feels like I stepped out of my own kitchen without any sacrifices. Compliments to the management- things have clearly changed.

Beware to take out customers. - no napkins! -no butter for my buns! - no fork for my salad! - no spoon for my chili! What does take out means to them? Also missing 3 apples from my take out.

Food is always fresh and tasty. We went around 8 and you could hear the staff in the kitchen talking about a girl they were trying to get with and personal things that we didn't want to hear. Cash/server on her cell phone she was also mopping then someone yelled table service she grabbed our food and brought it to the table. Although her hands did not directly touch my food she did have her hands on the tray and I just thought this was a bit unsanitary. Maybe I am being to critical but just a tip to help keep up the great reputation. We will be back again.

Love the food but there are a lot of menu items that have massive amounts of sodium and that's not really healthy if you're on high blood pressure medication don't come here during peak hours on Thursday ,Fridays you may not be able to get a table for a while.

I usually have a good experience at this location, however this time I was really upset. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Avocado BLT for my friend and I. The ladies at the front were pleasant as usual however the rep in the back was not as friendly. I saw my name on the bag and said "oh this is for me" (as I couldn't reach it) and the rep didn't say a word just pushed the bag towards me and walked away as if I was wasting her time.... in regards to the order both had very unripe avocados in them. Almost broke our teeth biting into the sandwich.... really unimpressed this time around, would you eat an un ripe avocado? No? So then why are you using that in someone else's sandwich?? The piece was so hard I could bend it as seen in the photos....

VERY VERY bad wifi, pages load very slow! I brought my laptop to do work and the internet's super slow - I had to tether off my phone in order to get a decent connection. Good food, bad wifi (stay away if you want to work and browse the net on your computer).

I feel horrible for the employees that work here. The supervisor or manager (wasn’t able to catch his name) was extremely short with the staff. The kitchen seemed quite chaotic when I was there. It was quite busy, but I think the manager needs to take the time to properly train his employees and also learn to treat them with some respect. Food was good (had the manager treated the employees nicer, would have given 4-5 stars).

It's always really good food here there's no doubt about that. Portion size isn't that great for the price that you pay though. And I must say my experience today in the Drive-Thru, I bought four items which costed me $46. I was fine with that because it's good food and I enjoy it. But after waiting 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru I received the wrong items. I called the restaurant after getting home and realizing this and what I was offered was simply the food that I had ordered in the first place. So I have to go back to the restaurant a second time after having waited that long and all I'm getting is what I paid for. I mean I don't think that they should go to the moon and back for me but I just don't see how their mistake is my fault and I have to pay extra gas for their mistake. Even if I had checked in the Drive-Thru it would have been extra waiting time.

Ended up ordering a full grilled cheese and large bowl of soup. With the sides of a piece of bread and a small apple it was $20 with a drink. They have a great price on their bagels on Tuesday; however unless you know about it the employees will not let you know. The employees are not very kind to the customers. Whenever I have had an encounter, they seemed to be sad, exhausted and not wanting to be there. The location can be busy at times but not all day. The quality of the bagels are really good.

This is my favourite place to meet friends for a coffee, pastry and a chat. The food is always tastey (we have had issues several times with not so fresh salads). They have free wifi and there is no time limit for how long you can sit and visit.

Visited your establishment today 04 Sep 2018...this was my second time there, the first time we had coffee and nothing else. Today, my son and I had Mac and Cheese.....it was to say the least TERRIBLE, the young lady serving was so timid it was hard to understand what she was saying, the card machine malfunctioned several times, that was not good. Then our order came, it was cold, not nicely prepared, we had to ask about three times for some pepper. I then went to the back and asked some some guy for pepper , and he didn't have a CLUE. We finally got pepper after 15 min...also I noticed several people laughing away have a great time in the preparation area, while the broom and dust pan was left across the side of a table where a lady almost tripped and fell, also several tables full dishes not picked up. We were not impressed.. I will only return to have the coffee as it is very good..Other than NO WAY..Bye Bye

I always enjoy panera bread. Never this locatiOn and finally I've had enough. Today they got my order wrong twice the same order I had to ask to get it fixed twice and the thirs time I just gave up threw away the meal and went home. For 20 $ for soup and sandwhich they should get it right Order: Italian sandwich add mayo and red onion, bowl broccoli soup What I got first time was some turkey thing and chicken noodle second time was broccolir and the turkey finally third time broccoli but half full only weird and a panini completely wrong.

So I walk in the door and immediately find myself in a big lineup waiting to order my food. As we inched forward I started to grow anxious because it was lunch time and the place was busy and I didn't even know if we would get a table to sit at. Finally it was our turn to order. The person at the counter was soon frustrated with me, as this was my first time here and I was asking alot of questions about the menu. I finally settled on a bowl of soup and half a sandwich, much to the order takers relief. We were handed a round black device and told to pick up our food ourselves when it went off. " Do we come back here?" I asked innocently. "No!" She replied, and with a jerk of the head indicated that any moron should know that you pick your food up around the corner at the other counter. So off we set, in desperate hope that we could find a table. We wondered around the dining area and finally a couple vacated a table, and we gratefully brushed the crumbs off of it ourselves. We hadn't been seated long when that black device started dancing across the table just when I was tacking a sip of my hot coffee. After the coughing fit I got up to get our food. After some confusion of where to locate the condiments, we were able to tuck into our lunch. To be fair the food was good but a little pricey considering that we had to serve ourselves. I just had lunch at another local pub with my beautiful wife, and the lunch menu was alittle cheaper and it was full service. So overall I don't recommend this place.

I have never had issues at this location, staff always kind and friendly. Today was not the case. As I was standing in the back waiting for my order to be prepared I was appalled by the actions of one of the employees back there. It was around 1 P.M, there were several students ( well behaved ) along with 2 older delivery guys waiting patiently for their orders. There was an older lady working back there, hair tied back, hair colour was a pale red/blonde. She was very rude to the students and the 2 delivery guys. The way she was talking to them and treating them was very unprofessional. She really needs to learn how to treat customers properly. The delivery guys were older gentlemen just trying to do their job, she needs to learn how to respect others.

My partner and I ordered some lunch here and it was anything short of amazing. My tomato creamy soup tastes like tomato juice, my grilled cheese sandwich was as hard as a rock, and my partners roasted turkey and cranberry flat bread sandwich tasted like wet dog (she ordered this before and it was amazing, however this time around it was certainly a miss). I guess you have to be eating in at penera bread in order to have a satisfactory meal. (This was NOT worth the 28 dollars I paid, and I will not return here).

Our turkey bacon bravo had no turkey on it. Out Baja bowl was not even half full. Our turkey and avocado BLT sandwich actually tasted a little like seafood. We did not finish the meal at all. We looked for a contact or phone number to contact a manager or corporate office, but nothing was provided or found. We do not normally do google without contacting management, but check your food first. We will not be going back to any Panera again.

As someone who opened this cafe and worked there for a significant period of time I am blown away by how bad it now is. Service was aweful, staff was rude, food was cold and poorly made, the dinning room was disgusting and when the manager who was on staff yesterday came out to clean up I learned she can't clean a table to save her life.

I walked into panera bread for the first time a week after they opened and was immediately impressed by the friendly staff and delicious bagguettes. Yesterday, I returned to this lovely place and the smiling girl behind the counter answered some questions about the pastries I was eyeing up.I had never tried anything other then their bread, so I decided to go with the apple caramel pastry and then she just handed it to me and said it was on them today! I thought it was so sweet of her! The pastry was incredible and the loaf of bread was fresh as usual. Thank you for another great experience! I will definetly be back for more.

A few months ago, I would've given this particular restaurant 4 stars. Lately, I can't seem to get a cappuccino in under 10 minutes. This past Saturday April 13th; I not only waited an excessive amount of time for my beverage, it was barely half full. The manager who made it obviously didn't know what he was doing. Panera in the past was my favorite place. However, the size of the servings has decreased. The serving dishes are now melamine, and you have to go get your dish when your buzzer goes off, instead of it being delivered to your table. So to recap. After excepting my 100 dollar bill and then ringing it in as a 50 ( THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT COLOURS LOL) the lady was like oh we don't except 100 dollars bills. One of the more expensive quick lunch options on Hunt Club, roughly 20$ for a pick two combo depending on what you order. The sandwiches are fine, nothing fancy, the salads are quite good and so are their homemade drinks. It's meant to be a step up quality/health wise from the other fast food options there, but I'm not sure how much healthier it actually is. This place is guaranteed to be busy at lunch hour, avoid on fridays.

I’ve always passed on Panera because it has a reputation of being pretentious and highly priced - sort of the Starbucks equivalent for “fast food” sandwiches. So I tried this place twice this weekend - well tried 3 times but they close at 7pm on Friday!! That’s insane! Anyway the food is definitely good. The soups are nice and flavourful, the sandwich options and the medley or bread types are good as well. But I still have trouble justifying the price. This would be a once in a blue moon thing for me. Maybe just go with the Pick 2 thing to get most of your moneys worth and just enjoy it for what it is. The place is never too busy though; staff are always very friendly as well. I’d recommend trying at least once. The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken or the Steak and Swiss on the Tomato Basil Bread is pretty good. I found the Corn Chowder to be really good, got it twice.

This location needs to take more care about the ingredients they actually put in your sandwich... my sandwich had only five different ingredients in it and there was a problem with every one... the lettuce had a nasty great big knuckle on it... the tomato had a green corey bit right in the middle of each slice, the 'special sauce' was literally smeared over a third of one slice of bread and there was a piece of cheese that was dry around the edges... on what felt like day old dry bread... totally unimpressed to be honest... if you're making sandwiches all you have to do is put decent ingredients together with some care. Lacking here. *Out of desperation for a fresh sandwich and being nearby I made the mistake of trying this location again today once again terrible sandwich construction you have one job guys seriously you can't put ingredients between bread?**

Great coffee but it's usually luke warm. Last time I went the coffee was put out at 4:30pm and it was 7:20pm when I arrived so I had to ask them to put out some fresh pots. Nice large clean sitting area, easy access for parking and entry. Was there recently for a coffee in the morning, 8:30, and both regular types were empty. It pains me to only give 3 stars, because I LOVE Panera food .. However, the service at this particular restaurant is not great. The people who work here are either very forgetful, or spacey, or are just not listen. Probably 90% of my visits (and I visit multiple times a week), something in my order is forgotten. Whether it is my drink, my side, or an addition I've made to my meal. I actually just left there and they forgot my side, which prompted me to write this review. In my experience, one person in particular messes up my order .. That person is David. I am not usually one to single someone out, but I feel that people should be warned to repeat and double-check their order when it is David (mostly at the drive-thru) taking it. I just feel that for the price we are paying for such delicious food, we should at least be getting the food we asked for.

Went for dinner here with a few friends, store did not have many menu items. (Out of bread choices, no Mac and cheese, no Flatbread) A lot of the items we did order had to have substitutions to them. Upon returning home we come to find out that our order was made on a bread choices we did not ask for, one sandwich was made of 1 part whole grain bread 1 part tomato bread and we did not have forks for our salad. They did not inform us that they decided to change the bread on us, which is bad communication on their part. Food is good how

A very welcoming place. You go to the counter to order your food and receive a buzzer to pick it up when it is ready. Though there is not very much room in the front to order (hopefully there is no line uo when you go otherwise you may be standing out thw door...) there is quite a bit of sitting space. The food is quite delicious. I just wish the cashier told you that certain things are quite small in portion size. For instance, I ordered the "pick 2" option where you can choose any soup and sandwich. If you get a drink then you can get any pastry for half price. My meal was almost $15 for just a soup and half a sandwich and though it was VERY good, it was not a filling meal. I wish they at least filled the soup bowl....I will return to try some of their other menu items but I will definitely ask about how much food is on the plate especially if I am going for dinner.

Had Panera delivered to a staff meeting. No complaints. So I decided to go to restaurant with my hubby. Horrible experience, couldn’t hear cashier to place order, no place to sit. Food arrives, big bowl with a little bit of soup (4.59) half sandwich (6.39) a very small cup for a drink (2.59). Sandwich bread was soggy on both sides, literally wet, yet it was toasted. Very dissatisfied. On the way out walked into a random table, no chairs, placed in the path to the exit. Total waste of 27.52. Do not recommend.

I am very disappointed with Panera Bread, Belleville, Ontario. The staff is excellent, the food quality is excellent, but the experience has not been good. I am in my mid-50s and one of the younger people in this restaurant at this time, mid-morning on a Tuesday. The music is horrible for our age demographic. I went to the manager, a lovely woman and she acknowledges that several complaints have been sent in about the music, but there is nothing she can do because the owner's says this is the music that must play. Customer experience is a measuring tool in every business, and for Panera Bread Belleville, they have scored a zero. My other question, why give a person a title "Manager" but do not give them the authority to manage the local store experience for their customers?

Please answer your phone. I just picked up a uncooked flat bread. I tried calling and no answer. I am extremely disappointed with the Whitby location. I walk in & ordered the flatbread pizza for the first time. It was under cooked. I called the Whitby location several times to advise no answer. I drove back to Panera & spoke with the supervisor, she advised it was to busy to answer the phone., I called several times. I used to oder the Mediterranean bowl, however the quantity they used to give, has gotten less over time with very little ingredients has they once provided & the bowl is half full over the last few times I purchased it. I feel I gave Panera plenty of opportunity for improvement, but unfortunately today after the uncooked flatbread pizza, I will not go back again.I understand you get busy with online oders, but it's just has important to knowledge when the phone rings. After a order is purchased, a customer does not need to be forgotten.

I would expect to pay a couple bucks not fifteen and no sides to boot. Don't recommend it at this point and am weary of going back. They refunded my money with not too much problem

Bit pricey, but food is worth it. Nice comfortably lit setting, with plenty of seating. Casual atmosphere. Plenty of sandwich and pastry options, along with soups and salads, plus a very wide selection of drinks. They have several varieties of coffees and hot teas, plus some specialty hot drinks (mochas etc...). Fountain pop with Pepsi products, and a selection of iced teas and some lemonades (the iced tea here is a real brewed tea, not the artificially flavored stuff you get from a bottle). Staff are friendly and professional. Overall highly recommend eating here.

The options looked great online but the product was not worth it at all. It was over $40 for two soups, a sandwich and a salad which seems crazy. Soups were not hot. Quality of all four food items were poor. Sandwich was on par with Tim Hortons and you can find much better soups at any average restaurant. I wouldn't recommend it.

You advertise you are open until 9pm, yet when I arrived at 8:52pm Monday the 11th, your drive through message said "we are closed". I continued up to the window on my way out and there were 4 employees gathered just inside the window, laughing and talking, having a great old time. Well, what a disappointment. I visited this restaurant in the US and it was an entirely different experience. Today, wanting to treat my daughter to a nice lunch, it certainly was not. We each had a half sandwich which was served not on artisan bread but store bought , one slice of tomato, a couple of onion slices, a few dots of feta cheese and that was your lunch. Oh, and it comes with sides the server says; one apple or a bag of chips ! My plate had a half pickle that had been left out too long. I paid over $16.00 for this disgusting lunch. Never again. Don't waste your time and money.

There's not a single sandwich on the menu worth ordering at all. Today my girlfriend and I ordered 2 sandwiches, I got the Frontega Chicken Sandwich and she got the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. My sandwich was quite literally a handful of cold, dry chicken in between two buns. Had barely any sauce, no cheese, and no onions, which are 2/3 ingredients meant to be on the sandwich. Her sandwich at least had all the advertised ingredients, but was still mediocre at best. We had also ordered 2 mac and cheeses with our sandwiches, but the person taking our order didn't add that and we had to go into the restaurant to get them afterwards. Though I will say, the customer service was solid and we did end up getting the 2 mac and cheeses which were pretty good. I'm not the type of person to write online reviews at all, but I don't want anyone to waste their money like we did. I can safely say I will not be returning anytime soon lol.

Visited for the first time a few months back and absolutely loved it. Never thought its that crazy busy that I will have hard time finding a table. Whatever they serve comes from their own bakery and its delicious. They have variety of options starting from salads, soup, sandwiches, etc. They also have breakfast options as well as kids menu. They also make their own ice teas. The ambiance is good and cheerful. Good place for breakfast or lunch. What I ordered? : As I went with a friend, we ordered a tomato creamy soup in a bread bowl, which was just amazing. We also ordered Toasted Tuscan grilled chicken sandwich as well as Toasted fontegga chicken, which we loved!! I will return there for sure.

Fast service, fresh and tasty homemade quality food, excellent selection; I hesitated on giving this restaurant five stars because it can be quite pricey for a full meal, especially for two people. It's not uncommon to pay close to 40$ for two people. Would frequent this chain more often if the price was more manageable. A secret tip? Try the Chai Latte, it's killer! Way better than anything Starbucks can produce!

It is one of my favourite places to visit. However, a few things to mention. First of all, the variety on the menu here is much less than what I found in the states. Not worth the "weight" in $$$ for grams and if you are a person that needs some protein besides the rabbit they offer I would suggest going to Mandarin next door to them. TERRIBLE. Was excited to try this place based on their website and reviews. Food was awful, place was disorganized and messy, they were out of coffee completely. One person doing cash with 15 people in line, waited 20 mins for 2 half sandwiches and 2 bottles of water and it was over $40. All around awful place.
