It's a bit pricier than most places but that's cause everything is free trade but also incredibly delicious. The staff is always wonderful and kind and I have coffee here everytime someone asks to hang out. The atmosphere is beautiful it's so peaceful even with lots of people in it. They have a beautiful fireplace I enjoy sitting by and writing. I also go and do homework here sometimes!

I work downtown and often come in to Coffee Culture after work to relax for a bit. I am so impressed with how well the staff treat their guests. They have such a good rapport with their regular customers, often remembering their orders, making jokes and carrying on polite conversation with them. The restaurant is cozy and so nicely situated right beside Harmony Square. Coffee Culture is a great asset to Downtown Brantford. Keep up the great work!

Coffee Culture was better when it first opened. Less options now and it seems like the sandwiches and salads have gotten skimpier. I've ordered the gluten-free bun a few times and they've given it to me still frozen. Our group has gotten some desserts that seemed to be stale too. The booths are usually taken up by groups of loud teenagers or single people who are hanging out on their laptops, so it's hard to find seating if you do order any food items. I still enjoy their lattes and picking up quick takeout, but I prefer places downtown like Bohemia and Lazy Tulip that just offer a better experience and food overall. Coffee Culture is an okay chain place for a quick coffee.

Go early in the Day to try this one. We went around 4 pm and there was pretty much nothing left. One choice of soup-squash or something gross like that. Two choices of bagels, some sandwiches that I was not interested in on a freezing cold day. A few tired looking pastries. There was a long lineup at the cash (it's self serve) and the tables were all dirty. Not really impressed and probably wouldn't go back, but my friend loves it for some reason so we'll likely try again.

Coffee Culture is a fantastic place to enjoy a warm or chilled beverage. Not to mention something amazing from the menu. I just had an incredible Vanilla Latte. They have a 'like home' feel, and the staff is friendly as well. One of the coolest things that I learned from the owner is that they are Canadian owned. Make sure to stop in for a visit.

Huge fan of this place. There unique drink selection has always left me satisfied, from the chillers to the ccinos I have not had one that I haven't enjoyed. The desert or baked good sections is insanely good, off the top of my head a large selection of cheese cakes and other wide variety of always changing baked sweet goods. Of course I would give any of the cheesecakes a great review individually, as well as the vanilla cream pastry I had last Sunday. Even the main stays like cinnamon rolls and such are above average for sure. I really have become a huge fan of this place and my semi monthly visits have went from bi weekly to weekly very quickly.

The service here is horrendous. The staff don't smile, say please or thank you, nor have they ever made me feel welcome. I went for a coffee with a friend yesterday and the young lady behind the counter was down right rude. Every time I've gone in to the is location I've had the same experience. I'm a please and thank you person so I do expect at least that in return. I'll stick to the local coffee shops where the service is friendly and the people running it make you feel like they want you as a customer.

My boyfriend and I chose to go to coffee culture over Tims tonight because they're open later. When we ordered our overpriced lattes for "here" the cashier informed us that "because they were slow tonight theyre closing early". There are 5 other full tables of people here plus us making 6. Never coming back because the culture here does NOT feel inviting.

I was very impressed to learn that they have multiple hot, cold and near frozen options with out coffee. I like the design and layout of this quaint and unassuming coffee joint. This is a nice coffee shop that offers a great selection of hot and cold drinks and food, such as sandwiches, soups and desserts. The large slices of chocolate cake are to die for and very well presented - enough to share as well. They offer a loyalty card scheme where you get a free coffee after purchasing so many. Handy for locals. I do wish they'd offer more food options for kids though. Plenty of seats with power sockets if you want to sit for a while and use your laptop. They also have free wifi and plenty of parking.

-PRO TIP, OWNERS: KEEP THE LOVELY HOURS OF OPERATION! :-) - As far as Starbucks-type businesses go, Coffee Culture's out there doing its thing...it's local and rather quaint. I definitely don't mind the setting, the stuff, and the staff, but the price points are altogether terrifying tbh. I get it. Cafes AREN'T cheap. STILL not accessible for students or just plain broke people who want a sweet treat. Plus, considering the ambiance and going by other reviewers the training that the employees are allowed to have in order to do a `job well done` at the end of every night...I don't know, sis. What're you doing? ): Certain bean roasters on a dirty corner in the east side of Vancity could, like, TOTALLY do a number on you. Step it uppp!

It is barely okay here, if you want snobby bitter coffee with no free refills. The fair trade organic resembles dishwater and the dark roast is bitter and overperked. The food that puts on airs of panini press pretentiousness. The chicken margarita wrap is oversimplified with no substance or taste. Marinate the meat or something. The Turkey Avacado ciabatta is passable but small for the price. At least the WiFi is free. A McChicken has more substance than most of their sandwiches and a third of price. The soups are overcooked canned Campbell's. Don't even bother with combo meals unless you want a third of cup of soup or salad. The saving grace is the salads, but it is somewhat difficult to mess that up. For the prices you pay, I'd expect a little more imagination. Go to Tim Hortons next time and save a few bucks, more to choose from, the food is more consistent and you get more value for your buck.

Appalled with the male owner making my breakfast sandwiches and running cash. Caught him after handling change and cash register to touching and making my breakfast sandwich. He then saw me watching him in disgust when he was about to go to my table, instead saw me standing at service counter. He was caught and he knew I was completely disgusted. I demanded my money back on my debit. How many times has he done this before with none of the customers knowing? He of all people as an owner and supposed to uphold food safe handling caught with poor, lazy uncaring handling. Shame on the husband and wife. Don't deserve to be running a business at all if you don't care about food quality and people's health. Afterwards, I watched him wash his hands and then glove up...I won't ever be going back, hopefully for other unsuspecting customers he's learned his lesson, but I doubt it.

For a bite to eat there's salads, sandwiches or sweet treats like cake, tarts and other pastries. They even serve up some ice cream. Located At the corner of Harmony Square makes their patio a fantastic spot to sit and sip your coffee on a warm summer afternoon

Again, while visiting Brantford, we decided to try something different. We chose Coffee Culture because I suggested it (having eaten at 2 of them in Hamilton), We found the food delicious, the staff courteous, friendly, and helpful. The service was excellent and I wouldn't hestiate to recommend this as a relatively inecpensive choice to eat. Their soups are excellent also.

We usually enjoy stopping in after skating for some hot chocolate and treats but server today was a piece and quite snappy; slammed the empty cup that I requested down on the counter. 1 medium coffee and a large hot chocolate cost a lot more than Timmies. I guess the students are better with service. This was my first time here on a weekday. I agree with the comment about bathroom/customer use only signage- makes it unwelcoming but hey, maybe the server I experienced and the sign are the same issue “ahem” !

One of the best places to get some lunch, dessert and hot chocolate with whipped cream chocolate and caramel sauce. The café has WiFi but you will need to ask for the password your self. Get gas from Shell, withdraw money from BMO, get your hair cut at Great Clips, shop for a one of a kind item from the thrift store and then order some food from culture Cafe and get your homework done in one location.

The location overlooks a city Square which is a water park in the summer, with outdoor performances and movies. Great place for coffee, meeting up with friends, reading alone, or getting a little studying done. There is wifi there, just ask them. They have plugs in many spots for those of us who need tech with you. Food and coffee are yummy. They've got the cream of potato with bacon with is the ultimate best soup ever! Only thing they don't really have there is ice teas of different sorts. Overall, great place!

The husband and wife owners refuse to allow their washroom facilities to be used unless you buy something. Saw a man in a wheelchair accosted as soon as he wheeled past the counter. Another time, a senior given the same treatment. The first instance I expressed my derision ; the second incident coffee culture lost me as an every day customer forever.
