The place looks nice as it recently opened. There are a lot different drinks and add-ons that people can choose from. The quality of the bubble tea is better than other bubble tea places in Barrie but it is not exceptional. The employees are great and super nice. The shop is small but there are a few two people seats and 2 other tables are available for larger groups (3-6 people). I would recommend going to this place if you are in Barrie and craving bubble tea.

Solid bubble tea. But I don't understand why they can't modify their beverages. I understand that this location is not a "innovation bar" but seriously you can't swap one type of tea for another it's the same syrup same ingredients just put the green tea instead of the black tea. Saying that you can't change your procedures really feels like an excuse for not training your staff or trusting them to be able to provide good customer experience.

Finally a cha time in Barrie. Good location, in a plaza with other stores. Plenty of parking. Moderate seating, only few tables and many smaller higher tables along the wall. The seats are comfy and the whole place has a cozy feeling. The employees were friendly and the drinks were good. Second visit: The staff are always friendly. They have an ipad(?), a device where you can input your phone number to claim cha time points if you forget your card. Also the seats along the wall are REALLY COMFY. I wish I could have sat longer. They also have a wall outlet under the table so you can charge your phone. They also do Uber eats .

Happy they have a Chatime here! It's really one of the last stops for BBT before heading up North (Or West until Collingwood which has a new BBT place called Inside Cafe which is also really good)...Nice place to go to for BBT especially because there isn't much of a lineup yet. Definitely returning soon.

Basically perfect! Would definitely recommend for good bubble tea... Or simply tea in general! Wish I asked for less sugar though... A bit too sweet for me. But they have sugar amount options, so that’s on me. Not five stars since I’m saving that for something that’s literally out of this world. I have no complaints. If you have the chance, give Chatime a try! Of course, not everyone will love it (many people don’t like bubble tea or tea in general), but if you like this sort of thing, it’s delicious!

Very nice and friendly staff. Work very efficiently. Just gets a few orders done wrong a couple of times but for the most part they're done correctly. Can get quite busy and the new mobile app and rewards system is a bit inconvenient.

Great place to get bubble tea! Been here a couple times already and the service has been nice. Only time I've seen people get drinks before me in line is because they ordered it AHEAD of time. Lots of nice flavours and also some good desserts to eat too if you're interested. Really like the fact you can adjust the amount of sugar and ice you get in your drinks and that there's option for hot drinks too. Awesome addition to the Barrie area.

The brown sugar pearl milk tea is simply fantastic. Worth every penny and will WOW anyone who is new to Chatime or bubble tea/boba in general. The employees are so nice to explain their drink even though they are so busy. However, sometimes I have to go early because the bubble would be sold out near closing time.

Tea’s bubble tea and juice came out fast, we didn’t have to wait long even during the rush hour. Workers were friendly and efficiency as much as they can. I really love their brown sugar bubble tea and mango slushy with bubble and coconut jelly. Recommend it!

Pretty love Chatime in GTA. However, I went this tea shop few times but I felt disappointment yesterday because the staff gave me wrong drinks within 2 weeks. I bought my drink last Wednesday morning and yesterday afternoon, the same man made wrong drink for me. 2 times...????I found this mistake when I leave. Generally, this tea shop is better than others.

My partner and I went here for a late dinner. Although the decor was impressive, the food was less than par. This was my first time attending this establishment, and I will not be returning. The only consumable items I ordered was shrimp tempura, however, it was saturated in oil (and predominantly just breading) and just an overall disappointment.

The girl at the cash register was rushing, she was even rushing me to pay. The drink was good but the tapioca pearls tasted like burnt marshmallows, it tasted like it was burnt. I only came here because I was close by and wanted a drink, Newmarket is better .

At first it is a little overwhelming because of all of the options you can choose from. And choosing from all the types of jellies for your drink, can be much. Though what I like is that they let you try the jellies before you put it in your drink so you can see what you really want. My favourites drinks is the peach Green tea with aloe jellies or the Roasted brown sugar milk tea are my go-tos. Once you find a drink you like it's a little easier to branch off. The staff are always friendly and super helpful!

We ordered ubereats delivery for chatime with the option that we needed straws. The drinks were great but they completely forgot to add straws for all of us. I am not sure if this was supposed to be the driver's or Chatime's part but I'm assuming it would be Chatime since they packed it. We ended up having to cut out the seal but the toppings was impossible to have with the beverage. Not trying to sound picky, but I think that is pretty careless for a specialized bubble tea/drinks shop.

Just went in for my first time today and I’m definitely going back! I got the peach green tea with aloe vera and it was AMAZING. 30 mins out of town for me but so worth it! Such a good atmosphere as well :)

Mango juice had barely any taste of mango in it and the tapioca was really hard and didn't taste fresh. The workers weren't very helpful and couldn't answer our questions about the drinks.

Great selection, friendly and helpful staff, and comparable prices to most other "bubble tea" places I've seen. The atmosphere inside is fun too. Definitely grab a reusable straw if your going with any regulatory. It comes with a cleaning brush and little bag for talking it with you and will help cut down on plastic waste. If you use their reusable cup you get $0.15 off. Not available on UberEats until 3pm.

They have the best bubble tea in Barrie, the taro milk tea is my favorite. Tapioca is always consistent. They have a rewards program, buy 10, get one free which is nice for high volume consumers like myself.

Nice decor. Don't use the small bathroom the toilet and the door make it tough for you to get by. Very awkward bathroom.

I will give this franchise 2 stars for great drinks. Unfortunately the only downfall is when I’m waiting 20 minutes for my order, and the people that ordered behide me get their order first because they are of the same ethnic background. This happened twice and I’ve been there only 3 times. It’s unfortunate because I really thought it was a hit.

Barrie's best Bubble tea! They have a delicious variety of cold and hot teas, with as many or as little toppings! I would recommend the Coconut Milk tea with pearls or Grapefruit Green tea with rainbow jelly. Customize your drink to have less or more ice, sugar and toppings!

4 Stars! Everything is great about this place. Took one star out as management/staff does not control the crowd with current COVID restrictions in place. At one point there were too many people in the store which the staff should have stepped up and said something. Otherwise great place will definitely come back again.

Very disappointing. They don't offer any decaffeinated teas, so I opted for a juice with jellies. I paid over $5 for about 3 mouthfuls of juice and a cup of ice. Will never visit again.
