My favourite place in Barrie to buy English foods when I’m feeling homesick! Highly recommend all their baked goods. My family loves the sausage rolls and pasties. The millionaire shortbread is to die for! On Mother’s Day I was gifted an afternoon tea kit from here which was fantastic - my kids know how to spoil me. ???? I also want to mention the staff. Always smiling and friendly. Yesterday I wasn’t having the best day and the lovely English lady (whose name I’m sorry I don’t know) was extremely kind to me. If you are a Brit like me who finds themselves in Barrie don’t hesitate to visit Campbells.

Popped in today only to find all tables reserved. Haven't been in a while & was very shocked at the prices. Quite a bit inflated compared to other British/Irish import shops.

I am very disappointed with my purchase of your pork pies. I usually purchase quite a few at this time of the year and give as gifts to my English friends and family, this will not be happening as the pork filling is too spicy and the water crust pastry is dismal and undercooked. These are the worst pork pies that I have ever had, even zehrs pies where better than these, will not be recommending them.

The food was good. The establishment was clean and spacious. The service wasn't great. I went there for lunch and tea and the server just gave us our lunch and left. She didn't check back to see if everything was okay with the food (and it was not busy- we were the only people in the restaurant and only a half dozen customers came in to buy baked goods). The grocery section needs a face-lift like the restaurant part had, because using old cardboard boxes as shelves doesn't look very classy especially for an establishment that serves high tea. Overall, I would definitely go back, but I'd just get take-out.

The customer service at this place is 5 star and the food matches it. The Irish lady behind the counter was so sweet and the beef pies (well all the pies) are to die for! The sweet treats are equally as amazing! Definitely recommend this place for quality and service!! A++++

The ultimate authentic British dining experience in Barrie. Campbell’s serves the best full English breakfast in Barrie from 9-12 a.m. Monday to Saturday. Campbell’s offers an impressive selection of teas. The staff is extremely friendly. The environment is cozy. A variety of imported British foodstuffs are available for purchase.

Supply issues have caused the shelves to look very sparse recently. I was disappointed to not find my grandfather's favorite candy (Tavener's Caramints) this year for Christmas.

They sell Tayto its great to have the crisps from home, I really do miss my crisp sandwich, try them they are great. The store is very clean and the girls are just really nice people. Please keep supporting our little stores

We had the pumpkin spice scone and the plain scone and both were so fluffy and delicious. It was served with jam and cream (they didn't have clotted cream unfortunately). It was a nice and pleasant snack!

My fiancée and I were staying in Innisfil and I wanted to surprise her with a high tea experience for our anniversary. We were so happy with our experience here! We had such a lovely server, who we chatted with throughout the meal. We didn’t catch her name but we would come back again just to catch up with her! We weren’t able to finish the amazing amount of treats we were served but we took them home for tea time and enjoyed them over the weekend. It was such a lovely experience and we cannot wait to have an excuse to go back.

So homely and nostalgic! The cashier was very kind and allowed me to purchase a couple more items past closing shop hours. As I'd visited quite late, I bought some of their ready made Chicken Curry Pie, Steak and Kidney Pie, Pork Suasage Roll and Apple Rhubarb Pie. Delicious, if you're a fan of British cuisine. You can expect to find Yorkshire tea and a whole variety of British snacks bottled and canned drinks. If you visit during tea/lunch hours, they'll cook the food fresh.

What they have left of the menu is nice in the tea room buuuut drove over an hour from a fried black pudding, sausage and egg but they don't offer it anymore. So sad! The Barley soup was nice.

Very nice shop with a good selection. The fresh foods are excellent, but the Scottish Scone Bread is not great. (They are frozen, so maybe they bring them in?) It's the only place for high tea in Barrie.

Not very happy with attitude of older person behind the counter when I was asking questions about product ( ie) pork pies I just wanted to know what I was buying otherwise I like Campbells store & try to shop there often maybe she did not want to be there today I will return but she needs to change her attitude or you will lose customers today is August 19th 2021. Came today with my mom for the first time for high tea. Everything was so cute and the staff were very sweet and welcoming. Although I wish that the cookies and sandwich bread were homemade it was still really good and we will definitely be back!

Very disappointing on third visit, staff unwelcoming and borderline rude. Wanted a table for three, told only space for two or four while two were seated at a table for four and two tables for two were empty. Guess they do not want or care about the business. Not going back.
