This place is super cool and trendy inside. And they have awesome options on the menu. I could not get swapped out sauces because I was informed the sandwiches had pre-made sauces. So I could not get a sand which made without yogurt (I avoid because I can't have lactose). There cafe was also not too busy at the time but the wait time was surprisely long. I would also say the price was also a bit overpriced for what it was. I got a croissant sandwich and side salad for 15 dollars. The salad was spinach and dressing, nothing else. Otherwise the food was good and staff were nice.

Wonderful service in a cozy, comfortable, quiet cafe with great salads, sandwiches, hot drinks, and desserts. Sandwiches can be done gluten-free, and I love their vegetarian burger and sweet potato fries. The maple butter latte and gluten-free toffee bottom brownie are basically heaven on earth.

I've been going to Bohemia for coffee for years. It really is the best in Barrie. Lots of options for teas and lattes too. They have a quaint little patio in the back over looking the bay, not a ton of space but beautiful. The staff are incredible and feel like family.

Our favourite place in Barrie. Great décor and awesome staff made this a great place to spend a few hours, but the food sealed it. We had coffee, tea, scones and lunch and everything was excellent. For the whole package we felt the pricing was just right. A word about the Tuna Panino: this sandwich has a potentially risky combination of ingredients that the kitchen here absolutely nailed! Thanks for a great meal!

Cozy atmosphere, food prepared from scratch and delicious. Very good hot or cold drinks. In every very simple dish you find flavors like nowhere else. Easy going and relaxed staff make you feel like home, creating relaxed and cozy atmosphere. Don't forget to grab some sweets on way out, believe me, even something like cookies are so incredibly delicious. After first visit you'll be back again and again.

This cafe has become a second home to me. Their rotating menu is always just so genius with muffin and scone flavour combinations I never would think of. They’ve kept spirits high throughout the pandemic and I’m unsure as to why anyone would leave a poor review on a place that is obviously more than just a cafe. It’s a piece of the community and one of the big reasons I love barrie so much. This place is a cultural hub even when events can’t be held. Thank you to Jill and all the staff for always brightening my days. The customer service here is second to none, and it shows in how many regulars I see at the cafe. I sincerely have made friends just because we have Bohemia in common! Not to mention this is THE BEST coffee in barrie. Hands down. No contest. The cheese cakes are to die for. Then there’s those Kimchi bacon danishes, can you think of any other place in Barrie who would serve something so deliciously whimsical? I cannot. Their patio is incredibly cute and there’s always something delicious in the grab and go fridge. All this to say you should get out to Bohemia and fall in love.

I came here on a Sunday morning with my family. I had an iced chai and it tasted very natural and fresh. This is a such a quaint and relaxing place with a nice loft upstairs, perfect for small get togethers. The decor is unique and I like how you can look at the menu straight on paper when you are waiting in line. The staff are pretty friendly and they catered to everyones needs. I would have loved to try some of their amazing looking desserts. It is a bit pricey, but it's worth it once and while when you visit a nice, unique coffee shop like this. :) I would highly recommend!

The lunch and cafe are spot on. The salads are filling and the mac and cheese is the perfect indulgence. Brunch needs work. I ordered a breakfast bowl and the eggs were undercooked (whites were not cooked). I told the server and she exclaimed "that's how we like it". I returned the eggs and everything was good afterwards.

Barrie's most unique coffee shop. It has an artsy hipster vibe, perfect for the millennial looking for somewhere to drink an iced latte, write instagram poetry and listen to the latest Bon Iver record. They have friendly staff, tasty baked goods and limited (but delicious) breakfast and lunch menu (with lots of vegetarian/vegan options!). I would recommend the yogurt and granola bowl for breakfast and the bean burrito wrap for lunch!

I don't usually write bad reviews for local restaurants. However I was so disappointed when I visited Bohemia today. I decided to grab lunch for my mom and I while on a walk of the lakeshore. We thought we would try Bohemia, since we have heard good things! I ordered two Panini sandwiches, an iced coffee, and a water. It came to $29..which I thought ok we are getting two sandwichs, so the price seems ok. Well we received our panini from a wonderful woman who brought it out to us. My mother and I opened our sandwichs and after a couple bites and looking at it.. I was shocked to see how small it was and how bad it tasted! I had higher expectations from this cafe. Both my mother and I looked at each other and said the same thing. This is terrible! I would have to say a Tim Hortons panini is a lot better and cheaper than what we received. The ice coffee was also the same, I would have preferred tim Hortons or Starbucks. Very disappointed and I won't be returning or recommending. I am not sure if it's due to covid and their sandwichs or menu just isn't up to what they used to serve? But it is very disappointing.

Excellent food, ambience and great meeting spot. Dedicated fan. No Wifi but when you want to totally unplug and enjoy some classic F2F (face to face) time, this is the spot!
