I got a coupon to get a free cookie with a purchase of a large espresso drink or hot chocolate. I bought the mocha and got the red velvet cookie and gave them both to my companion. She liked them both. Friendly staff and clean. $5.50 for the large mocha.

I found the choice of pastries to be limited. Yet we went there just 30 minutes after opening. I saw that there were sandwiches for take out and these looked appetizing. There are quite a few tables inside. The prices are very affordable. The competent service still makes us want to return. (Original) Le commerce est situé dans un coin, ce qui fait qu'on ne le voit pas d'un premier coup d'œil, selon l'angle où on arrive. En ce 30 décembre 2021, nous avons pris une commande pour emporter. J'ai trouvé que le choix de viennoiseries était limité. Nous y sommes pourtant allées juste 30 minutes après l'ouverture. J'ai vu qu'il y avait des sandwiches pour emporter et ceux-ci semblaient appétissants. Il y a passablement de tables à l'intérieur. Les prix sont très abordables. Le service compétent nous donne tout de même envie d'y retourner.

Great spot to take a break from exploring Banff. Friendly staff are efficient. Baked goods and coffee were a treat.

Great local deli and coffee shop. If you're visiting Banff try to find the local shops, it will make your visit that much better. There is a Starbucks in town that is always busy. Go to JK and you'll find a cozy place with friendly staff. The menu is much more extensive and they are a total green restaurant. Nothing better then good food, great atmosphere and a place that cares about the world. This is a must while in Banff.

I went at opening to find an underprepared worker and a cafe coffee shop without any new bake goods prepared then you’re in luck because this was my experience at jk bakery in downtown Banff.

Unfortunately there is a curry/Indian restaurant next door inside the mall … the smell is way to intense. Walked out smelling like curry. Got a cappuccino and latte. Coffee was just ok. Average. Service was nice.
