Worst service I’ve had at any Timmies. Went here twice in the past 2 days. First time wasn’t so bad - waited only 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker before anyone took my order. Then as I was making my order the lady was quite rude, telling me “hold on, hold on, hold on” because I guess I was ordering too fast for her. Not like she already had me wait at the speaker for 5 minutes… Then today takes the cake. Drive thru was packed so I decided to go inside as I saw there were only 3 people in line. Before anyone took my order I waited more than 10 minutes. During the 15 minutes I waited for my 2 coffees I noticed both the place was understaffed and the manager arguing/raising her voice at staff that were actually there. One employee behind the counter was straight up walking around with his hands in his pockets. The employee making the food was doing it with absolutely no sense of urgency. Me and some other customers actually started laughing when the man in front of me got into an argument with one of the staff; he ordered a large latte and instead received a drink with a teabag in it. Latte is not supposed to have tea. He told the employee, “I don’t think there’s supposed to be tea in that” and the employee insisted it was correct. The customer took it out to his wife and came back 30 seconds later demanding both a new latte, and the names of the employees (no one was wearing name tags). So the employee makes him a new latte correctly and hands it to the customer saying “here’s your large latte.” The customer replied, “dude… this is a MEDIUM.” LOL

This is the most turtle mode Tim Horton’s I have ever been to. To wait in the line for 20 minutes when there were 3 people ahead of me, was ridiculous. The order was not big before me, not a cambro nor take 12, but regular drinks and donuts. There were 2 people tending the front store. It could have been faster as the line has reached outside.

I got everything made wrong. Orderd a Turkey club no mayo and extra bacon. Instead got a bacon sandwich with lots of mayonnaise buy no Turkey...and that's just the first mistake..to long to explain the rest. Then I called the restaurant to let them know and was told I would get a call back...they forgot I guess. I pass this location often but I won't stop at this particular Tim's again...the one down the road has been much better. Sorry to say it...but I tried to do the right thing and call the restaurant directly and still didn't get any feedback from them.

Overall great establishment. Staff are great to deal with, even the dodey one whom you will know upon meeting, however be patient with her, your order is likely to get messed up, but is always rectified with a cheerful smile and apology. Product delivery is consistently fast, however coffee mix(milk,cream,sugar) is very inconsistent which I've discovered is more of a problem with the entire food chain rather than this specific one. Would also be nice if WiFi was available in the parking lot as many groups meet up for coffee and prefer to congregate outside.

Food was fine, but, the service was not the greatest. I know everyone is working hard due to difficulties brought on by covid. But.... I was trying to order sandwiches at the drive through. The lady was impatiently awaiting my order. I could see 1 panel on the menu was blanked out and said I couldn't see the sandwiches. So she rattled off all 5 or 6 in a few seconds. I asked if she could repeat the orders, as I couldn't understand any, and got the same sped up reply. I just asked for something with ham and cheese and left. People should be aware that both sides of the register need patience these days. ☹

A large Tim Horton’s perfectly located for stops along your trips up north. Huge selection of donuts, timbits, and bagels. Service was okay (not joyous like other locations) and we got in before the rush so we got our food right away. During peak times it can get quite busy and lines are long. I wanted to thank an employee. I believe his name is Neil, a younger fella. I was taking an elderly lady over 90 years old home. It was a 5 hour trip and this location was the one we stopped at approximately half way. He was such a genuine person and was extremely friendly and hard working. He was constantly working in the time we were there. Our lady needed to stretch due to stiffness. Neil was not only friendly and hard working but he kindly went out of his way to offer our elderly a water in a cup with a straw. It was very much appreciated and I hope you can thank him for us and thank you for employing such a great staff member to serve our community. Keep up the great work Neil.

I went into the store to order, the girl filled my order, got the size wrong, she apologized but another girl took back the cup I had touched (she should not have done so due to covid rules) poured the drink into a large cup handed it back to me, but since it was earl gray tea there should have been 2 tea bags and this snippy girl that did not serve me originally, after I asked for the second tea bag.told me NO you only get 1....now I have been to many tims and ordered many London fogs..large size...and they ALL have 2 tea bags. THIS TIM HORTONS needs to train their employees about customer service, and I was not rude about stating that I had ordered a large, but the employee was lazy and broke covid rules about taking back cups that have been touched by the customer. I will definitely be avoiding this tim hortons.

Ordered just egg on an English Muffin. No cheese. Got in the car & she'd given me just cheese on English Muffin. Went back in, showed the lady .. no egg. Ok, they gave me another one. Guess I should've checked it prior to leaving the building..damned if they hadn't put that disgusting processed cheese on the sandwich all melted into the bread. Wth!?? Makes me want to boycott all THs. Went in to grab a cold drink. Asked if the frozen lemonade was gluten free. The response was 'nothing in the store is gluten free, except the chili'. I asked about the coffee...'even that couldn't be guaranteed gluten free'. I asked about the bottled water...all I got was a smirk. When asked for a nutrition guide...well, they didn't exist... but, apparently, the manager concurred, that only the chili was safe. The dismissive, and disinterested attitude may not be indicative of all franchise locations, but this location is DEFINITELY off my list.

Waited over 15 minutes inside with only three people ahead of us. Manager talked down to employee about serving customers and then proceeded to serve a customer that walked in with a question instead of serving the people who have waited in line. Not very professional. We understand it's a busy place however the quality of service needs serious improvement.

This place caused a 45 minutes delay to our road trip. We had to wait there 45 minutes for a simple order. We ordered 3 coffee and a sandwich wrap. After 45 mins of waiting we found out that the sandwich was made wrong however, we did not want to waste more time there and wait another 45 minutes for them to rectify it. Not happy with the service at all.

The further Tim's into Bancroft. Would recommend this one over the other. Better view on the hills in the distance and isn't as busy. Lots of parking. Lots of stock for food and donuts and always has a warm cup a coffee!

First I want to start by saying I am not a negative person and I am a business person. But, I have never in my life seen such poor service! Once in this line you are stuck there's no turning back. I have been in this line for 45 minutes and it was only 10 cars. I can not tell you how many times this has happened. This Tim Hortons needs more staff or better trained staff the manager NEEDS to do something. It is absolutely awful 1 hr of your day wasted to get a tea is unacceptable, if you are waiting on something have someone pull out of the way. It took me 9 minutes to get 3 cars forward - I ordered a bagel, that goes through the toaster and a sandwich it took 14 minutes from when I left the speaker to finally being handed my food. Not the first time.

Absolutely horrible. The woman working at the window today was attacking my husband and incredibly rude. He asked for a green tea, tea bag out and she became aggressive because he did not specify if he wanted something in it. Then my son asked for a sprinkle doughnut and she became rude about what kind. She just kept on going with the aggressive behaviour. We all left with our jaws dropped in disbelief. Will never go to this Tim’s again. I am not one to want people to get in trouble but she needs to be reprimanded and a refresher course in customer service. I wish we had got her name.
