One of the best cafes I’ve ever been to! Friendly service, lots of vegetarian options, fresh ingredients and buns! It’s worth stopping in even if it’s a little out of the way of your route. You won’t be disappointed! I had the egg and mushroom, and the veggie. Both delicious but I highly recommend the veggie. Oh and the prices are super reasonable, especially for the quality. I’ll be back! Thanks for the great experience

Had a super wonderful bacon and egg breakfast! The colourful salad was bursting with flavour, a nice change from the usual potatoes that are served in restaurants. Same goes for the homemade jam, yum! Clean place and good service. Love the hodgepodge of old tables and chairs. It took me back to the 70's:-D

Food quality and flavour is exceptional for the price. Baked goods are excellent. The coslaw is unreal, so fresh and not super creamy. Staff are friendly and efficient. Even though this is a small cafe, it is impressive how much food this place can put out. Breakfast and lunch are both great. Their homemade buns are excellent. Yum yum yum.

Stop if your driving anywhere close to this place. We stopped for lunch on our way to algonquin park.... no regrets. Food all home made. Mushroom soup 5/5 and the daily special( Vietnamese sandwich) was delish!! I'd go back any day!

Had an amazing lunch of apple parsnip soup and a mushroom melt sandwich. It was the best lunch I ever had. My husband had sweet potato and cocoanut soup and a toasted BLT sandwich. He too was amazed by it. We also had cookies and a peaches and cream mini cake, which were fantastic. The coffee was really good too. We’ll be back!

Everything we ordered was delicious. They serve the best salads (not too saucy with the dressing) I've ever had at a restaurant before and their homemade bread and chickpea and bean patties are fantastic. The staff are super friendly and the coffee is on point!

Stopped at this wonderful cafe after a morning of horseback riding nearby. We were on vacation from the states and were enticed with the vibrant colors of the building's exterior. The interior is adorable and the staff is very nice. I am so sad that this wonderful cafe is 8 hours away from my home because I had the most amazing sandwich. Their feature sandwich of the day was a local organic chicken sandwich with brie, caramelized onion, and cranberry aioli. Our waiter mentioned that they make bagels in house and it was a bread option...of course I took him up on that offer!!! This was THE best sandwich I have had in a very long time. I hope this becomes a staple on their menu so I can have it again next summer when we return for vacation. ????????

Outstanding food!! Quickly has become a delicious addition to Saturday mornings at the cottage. The breakfast sandwiches are fresh and everything is homemade. If you’re ordering from the cottage I suggest calling in your order before leaving as it is a popular spot in town now. Highly recommend this place.

What a cute little place! Not a huge menu but a great selection of basic and unique items. Sad this is not in my area to come back and try their other items. Got the Falalfel Burger and my husband tried the Curry chicken sandwich and both were great. Carrot cake was delicious!

We stopped here for breakfast on our trip near Algonquin Park. We loved it so much, we came back the next day! The owners are extremely freindly and the cafe is cute and clean. We had breakfast sandwiches on their fresh made buns...soooo good. The cinnamon bun to top it off was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth a quick detour!

First time here today. Had the Highlander omelette with bacon, mushrooms, onions and cheddar. Toast included, home fries and coffee were extra. Food and service was excellent! I had asked for well done homefries and they were spot on! Cozy place, BUSY!! Loved all the vintage tables and chairs. Great menu and very reasonably priced. Bathrooms on the small side but nice and clean. We live in the area, so will definitely be back!
