What an awesome find! The food is so good, and the service as well. Clubhouse with real turkey breast and cheddar cheese slice for me, nice big juicy cheeseburger (same cheese!) For my son and excellent fish n' chip for hubby. Really good sized portions, prices very reasonably. Definitely a go to on future rides!

I went with friends for breakfast. We asked for eggs Benedict and she laughed in our face and said no, order took forever. While we were waiting I wanted to order a plate to go. I waited at the counter as she walked passed she said "what?" I asked for the order to go and she told me I had to wait because more orders where ahead of me. I said no problem it was to go so I wouldn't need it until we were gonna go. It was the worst customer service. Unfortunately we will probably go back as there aren't many other places to eat.

(Translated) Restaurant "village", we love it! Simplicity, cooking not home but not far away with the lunches which occupy one of the two pages of the menu. Affordable, generous portions at a reasonable price. (Original) Restaurant "village", on adore! In today with friends. Possibly had the worst Customer service ever !!! .. asked for chocolate milk .. server said it was made with syrup (she didn't wanna make it) ... and if I wanted some to go next door and buy my own.... orders were mixed up ... she also yelled orders to see which customers ordered them to know who's table to bring it to.... lastly when we wanted a refill on our coffee she told us there were other customers and was very rude... food was mediocre..

Pine Star is a GR8 Restaurant, particularly for Breakfast. A lot of people confuse the Pine Star, with the Pine Yard. Pine Star is located out at the Esso Gas Station on Hwy#62, towards L'Amable. Pine Yard is a Chinese Restaurant downtown in Bancroft, basically right across the road from the Chrysler Dealer.
