The store has large departments for frozen food as well as for drinks and wine (Alcohol Excluding SAQ of course). Our purchases are packaged in paper bags with care from IGA staff which is very nice. The store has toilets, if I'm not mistaken it is open in the evening until 9 p.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. on weekends (it's a shame because it's the time when people have the most time to do their shopping. purchases). For me I find it to be the store the most resembles a quality European grocery store. One can easily get advice compared to Walmart or Maxi where customers are left to fend for themselves in case of questions about a product. Of course all this quality has to be paid for so that's why I took away a star ???? because sometimes the prices are excessive but for some people are justified for the quality of the products. (Original) Pour moi c'est l'un des meilleurs supermarché de Baie-Comeau au niveau de la diversité des produits que l'on peut y trouver, la viande,les légumes ainsi que le son d'une qualité nettement au-dessus de Maxi, on y trouve des produits venant de tout pays par exemple on trouve du crabe des neiges Québécois comme toute sortes de viandes, toutes sortes de condiments tout comme du foie gras Français, on trouve aussi toute sorte de fromages de qualité, le magasin est bien disposer, on peut aussi acheter au détail toutes sortes de viandes ou de poissons emballé directement par le boucher ou le poissonnier de IGA, la pâtisserie et aussi de bonnes qualité (les croissants et les pains au chocolat sont cuit dans le magasin). Le magasin dispose de grands rayons pour le surgelé tout comme pour les boissons et le vin (Alcool Hors SAQ évidemment). Nos achats sont emballés dans des sacs en papier avec soins du personnel de IGA ce qui est très agréable. Le magasin dispose de toilette, si je ne me trompe pas il est ouvert le soir jusqu'à 21h la semaine et 17 h le weekend (c'est dommage car c'est le moment où les gens ont le plus le temps de faire leurs achats). Pour moi je trouve que c'est le magasin le plus ressemblent aux épicerie Européenne de qualité. On peut facilement se faire conseiller comparer à Walmart ou Maxi où les clients sont laissés à eux-mêmes en cas de questions sur un produit. Bien sûr toute cette qualité ça se paye donc c'est pour ça que j'ai retiré une étoile ???? car quelquefois les prix sont excessifs mais pour certains justifiée vue la qualité des produits.
