(Translated) We visited this cheese factory on January 5, 2022. When we arrived there were 3 employees on site. 2 women from the cheese making side and one at the cash desk. None had a mask. One of the two women from the cheese making side was above a counter filled with cheese and was filling the bags with cheese curds with her bare hands (no gloves, no mask, no net for her long hair). The other swept the floor while chatting with the one filling the bags. We informed the cashier that she was without a mask but at least behind a plexiglass. She told us that the mask was not compulsory. We told him that he was eating a raw product and that we were in the midst of a pandemic. We like their cheese very much and encourage local buying, but there is a limit to the stupidity. An official complaint was made to public health as well as to the sanitation regulations. (Original) Nous avons visité cette fromagerie le 5 janvier 2022. Lors de notre arrivé il y avait 3 employés sur place. 2 femmes du coté de la fabrication du fromage et une à la caisse. Aucune n avait de masque. Une des deux femmes du coté de l'élaboration du fromage était au dessus d'un comptoir remplit de fromage et remplissait les sacs de fromage en grain à main nues (sans gants, sans masque, sans filet pour ses long cheveux). L autre balayait le plancher tout en discutant avec celle qui remplissait les sacs. Nous avons avisé la caissière qui elle était sans masque mais au moins dérrière un plexiglass. Elle nous a répondu que le masque n'était pas obligatoire. Nous lui avons répondu qu' il était en alimentation avec un produit cru et qu'on était en pleine pandémie. Nous aimons beaucoup leur fromage et encourageons l 'achat local mais il y a une limite a la stupidité. Une plainte officiel fut faite à la santé publique ainsi qu'au règlement sur la salubrité.

This is what you expect from a local cheese dairy and products from this region. Super nice staff, some tables inside and picnic tables outside to eat on the spot. A good pit stop passing in the corner, just 3 minutes from the junction of Highway 116 and the A55. It's worth landing off the highway to satisfy your poutine rush! (Original) 5 étoiles pour la poutine, le grain frais et le fromage dans le p'tit lait encore tiède. Si vous êtes de passage à Richmond, arrêtez faire un tour. C'est ce à quoi on s'attend d'une fromagerie locale et des produits de cette région. Staff super gentil, quelques tables à l'intérieur et tables à picnic à l'extérieur pour manger sur place. Un bon pit stop de passage dans le coin, à seulement 3 minutes de la jonction de la route 116 et de l'A55. Ça vaut la peine de débarquer de l'autoroute pour satisfaire votre poutine rush!
