Very safe and welcoming environment. The staff was very nice and helpful. I asked the barista for a recommendation and she suggested a mocha with macadamia milk. I never tried macadamia milk so she offered me a sample which was refreshing. The milk was slightly sweet and not too watery like other nut milks. I ended up going with the suggestion and loved it. It had the perfect amount cocoa, milk and coffee in it and was not too sweet, but sweet enough. My sister also got the same drink and we both agreed that we would definitely get this drink again. The cafe itself has a hipster vibe and is designed tastefully. It has an alpaca themed store inside of it. They have things such as stuffed alpacas, scarves, soaps, straw bags, snacks, clothing, etc. Overall great experience and would recommend this cafe to anybody in the westboro area.

Such a cool little shop! The lattes with oat milk are amazing, and quite a good price in comparison to other coffee shops in the city.

Fantastic fair trade coffee. Very tasty tofu breakfast wrap on Sunday (a little too sweet for our liking but nothing crazy). Some of the most friendly baristas in town who are passionate about coffee and bring us positive energy. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

I wanted to surprise my partner (a huge coffee lover) with a unique coffee experience, and did Cloudforest deliver!! They offered to arrange a coffee tasting experience for us even though they had never offered something like it before. Communication was prompt and very accommodating. I didn't know what to expect, but Francis blew us away. We were warmly welcomed and given a 30 minute private coffee tasting experience. Francis was very knowledgeable and friendly and showed us a whole new side of coffee culture. We learned a ton, and his passion was evident. He walked us through the sensory journey of coffee through the stages of preparation, and of course we ended with a full beverage from the barista.
