Prices are very expensive for what you get. Was good but when you can get it cheaper at Starbucks with added assurance of consistent quality, it says a lot. Staff was indifferent and not overly friendly. Overall acceptable, but I don’t think value for money is there. Won’t be back myself.

I love Myriade so it pains me to leave a terrible review. I went in at 10 this morning with an hour and 20 min before my meeting to sit down and work. There was a problem with the cash but I assured the young man it wasn't a problem saying I would be there for an hour and he agreed I could pay later. I then sat down and set up my laptop to work expecting he would make my coffee before proceeding to deal with the cash issue. (There was no one else in line). He then proceeded to fiddle around for a HALF HOUR. 10 min in I asked him if he couldn't just make my coffee first and deal with it later. He said yes and started to make it but eventually told me at 1030 he couldn't make my drink at the time even though all the machines are functional. I feel very bad he was in a difficult situation but he didn't handle it well at all. He should have hung up a sign to say the machine was out of service or at least made my order before proceeding since there were no other customers.

Really tasty drinks and pastries. One of the baristas was super friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations. The other barista was on his phone way tooooo much. He even stayed on his phone while a customer was waiting to order and didn't even acknowledge the person. I didn't see him smile once or talk to any of the customers waiting for their drink.

Good coffee, but the place is hard to find. I bought a bag of decaf and ask for it ground. I mentioned specifically what type of machine I have with the make. The coffee wasn't ground properly. The grains are so fine that my espresso machine gets completely blocked. Not the greatest experience especially for the price of the coffee bags.

Café Myriade is really perfectly located. It's a wonderful cafe to hang out with friends right after a bit of shopping. It's beautifully decorated and has that perfect vibe. I really enjoyed their sweets and their matcha latte. It does get crowded very fast though! If you are more than two, you might struggle to find a spot depending on the time of day.

Beautiful hidden café downtown. After reading a lot of good comments on the Café Myriade, I came with my colleague to the one in Club Monaco. We are both coffee enthusiasts. For the sake of comparison with another very well known place in the area, we both took a macchiato. The previous drinks made by the barista were lattes and flat whites. She showed promise in her ability to pour drinks with very nice latte art. Unfortunately, when it came to the macchiatos, she just scooped up some foam and put it in the middle of the espresso shot (just like they do at Starbucks...). We are more used to a small amount of milk with a dense form poured into the espresso shot. It was just plain disappointment. In the cup, the coffee was very very acid; the little scoop of foam wasn't enough to soften the palate. I didn't really enjoy my cup.

Charming, trendy, small coffee shop. Don't believe there are plugs or wifi here -- come to talk or read (or for a high quality cup of coffee). In my experience the baristas are really friendly. They also have 49th Parallel coffee for sale which I love perhaps just for the top notch package design hahaha.

So the first time I went there, I couldn’t find it, I was turning around and around but I asked a worker at Monaco (which is where the café is located) and they told me it was downstairs (very cool because it is a café inside a clothing store). The baristas are very friendly, and the café is very unique. It is for sure something you need to show to your friends!

I drank my coffee very slowly because it went awry making it almost cold to the bottom of the cup. My girlfriend was unable to drink it. The place is on the other hand very beautiful and very pleasant. It may be that for the look and the atmosphere. Mais en ce qui concerne le café, nous fûmes bien déçus alors que nous nous attendions à boire un super bon café. L'art du café ne semble pas être bien maîtrisé, du moins, à cette succursale. Les 2 américanos que nous avons commandés étaient plutôt costauds mais à peine tièdes ce qui apportait une certaine amertume et un arrière goût qui levait un peu le coeur. J'ai bu mon café très lentement parce qu'il passait de travers ce qui fait qu'il était pratiquement froid arrivé au fond de la tasse. Ma copine, elle, a été incapable de le boire. Hidden little gem of a café in the heart of Downtown Montreal in the basement of a high end clothing retailer (Club Monaco) no less, in a building (Dominion Square) so one could not be blamed for having a difficult time finding it! That being said, once inside you will be met with the classic decor and old-time charm of a café of days gone by including the floors, walls and furniture. The place is small but I met a friend there and we stayed for hours with no one hassling us to give up our table. Amazingly good coffee that you can also buy to take home, artful and delicious desserts and snacks, and most of all friendly and warm staff. A must-see!
