Decent coffee, however i do not patronize the stores anymore due to them discontinuing the pizza pretzel. If they bring them back they would get 5 stars and lots of business from me! As is, 3/5 tops. In terms of the food: the cheese is processed cheez. The breakfast veggie is good. The soup and chili is pre frozen . Never tried to doughnuts. The muffins are mushy. This is a franchise so most likely all of this is out of thier control. Service. Always been great.

Am disappointed they changed their hours - I loved it when it was open 24 hours would often stop in late and it was always great service. Still a well run location / clean / generally good staff. Renovations make it look way better. Parking lot needs to be fixed though.

I like Robins coffee. The staff are friendly and nice. Unfortunately this location has some type of efficiency issue. Doesn't take much for a line to form out the door. Simple solution would be have some staff making coffee and food while other staff tends the registers. Kind of what most other coffee shops do. If I show up at this location and there is a lineup, I know its going to be a long wait so I go somewhere else.

This is my go to coffee spot when I'm in the area. Even though this is far from my house, I find myself here often. The breakfast is also superb, my favorite breakfast in the city!

This was one of the worst experiences at a doughnut shop I can remember. I doubt the parking lot I walked through had ever been shoveled. When I came in there was no one anywhere to be found. The one staff member was mopping the floor and was not impressed to have to serve me once she saw me. She was not interested in any customer service. Conversation on my part was met with a grumble. I got the feeling I was not wanted there. The doughnuts tasted very old. I did buy them on my walk home from work, but c'mon, Tim Horton's has figured out how to provide decently fresh tasting doughnuts throughout the day. I won't be returning to this Robbins anytime soon.

St. Boniface hospital doesn't have friendly staff working at the main R.D. there. Out of some of the menu items, and for a combo meal I only got a donut, the sandwich, and coffee....I thought I was able to get the hashbrown too....it was written wrong on my receipt, and the staff member had another type of coffee on the receipt I didn't even order. Otherwise....the food was very good....the sandwich better than Tim's actually.

There coffee is amazing but the ice cream sundaes are ridiculously small. They use a small soup bowl and it only has a tiny amount of ice cream. We will not be going back there for ice cream anymore. $4 for less than what comes in a regular ice cream comb. Not impressed. But I have to say the 241 Pizza is AMAZING!!!!

A pretty good walk away from my place so it is good for exercise and stopping off for a coffee or tea on the way home. Robin's is not quite what it used to be though. They have gotten rid of most of the good donuts and food there and it all tastes rather low quality now. Same with the coffee. A walnut crunch donut and a large black coffee used to be my go to breakfast on some days but they removed the donut from the menu altogether and the coffee tastes very cheap and watery. As I understood it that donut was being removed from quite a few Robins' menu but this was the last location that had them and even they stopped selling them. I was pretty disappointed.

The food is good but i have gone down a few times now to get food at 5:20-5:30pm and they don’t close until 6 and they have all the hot food gone or the burners and toasters turned off. If you are open the customers should still be able to get food and drinks on the menu. Especially around supper time. I get they want to close up and go home but that’s too early to have those types of things unavailable

Worst place for service. Takes them about 12-15 per car in the drive thru. If there is more than 2 cars expect to wait a half hour to get through the drive thru

This is one place that don’t know how to provide baked goods for their customers, every time I’m there, no matter what donut I ask for ,the response is “no sir we don’t have any left” (as usual) ... also they jump to serve the drive thru , but make sure if your in the lineup inside , you got your suitcase packed because you’re gonna be there for awhile . Not to mention the workers don’t know how to smile , it’s like it hurts them or something .... “never again” I said to my wife so next time she asked for robins , I brought her to the coffee shop

Had breakfast there this morning. The food was excellent and service was great. The lady at the counter took my order and served it to my table . While I was waiting I was looking around and couldn't believe how spotless the place was. Great job .
