I am a voice for my 3 year old daughter, Lauren; who has CP and is confined to a wheelchair. We visit there frequently and each time I am more frustrated then before with accessibility. It all starts when I pull into the parking lot; there is one wheelchair space and that's never available to us. And if it were there is no ramp going up the sidewalk or down the other side; so we have to do wheelies! Then once I make it to the door; no push button door opener, so I struggle to get the door open and get the wheelchair inside. Once inside the first door we have cramped into a foyer where I can't even turn the chair around. So I fight with that door to get us inside. Once inside Lauren as to go to the wheelchair accessible washroom (a joke) where once again fight to get inside. Then its time for our meal....where do we eat it....on the floor. If there is a table to fit a wheelchair in; I couldn't find it. Then it's time to leave and start the obstacle course all over again! In such a modern accessible world in which we live today; McDonald's as surely fallen short of meeting the requirements to be considered accessible.

Would not accept my reusable mug. Insisted on giving coffee to me in paper cup! Could someone reply and tell me if that is normal policy? If it isn't and it happens again, I'll just ask for a manager to help them address the issue.

Worst Mcdonald's I've ever been too, none of the staff are to bright. Starts taking my order and when I was finished placing it there wasn't even anybody there anymore they were over to the next lane taking the order of somebody that pulled up 5 minutes after me, when I finally got through I had to pull ahead and wait for them to bring out my order because they were waiting on a burger. When they brought it out they still forgot to bring me my drinks so I had to go in myself to get them.. THE HOLE POINT IN GOING THROUGH A DAM DRIVE THRU IS YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO IN!!

It's McDs. I'd have given 3 stars but for their self serve kiosks. Same food as every McDonalds which is what all chains aim for. Their only ability in rising above mediocre would be in their customer service. This location was typical of eat and get out.

Very slow service in the restaurant. I waited 15-20 minutes for chicken nuggets, I should have cooked them at home instead. They served the drive through first. The staff rarely pay attention to what is ordered and get orders wrong frequently. Somehow it is still better than the Carbonear location. At least with the renovations the restaurant looks nice and modern.

The last few times I been at this location I was not impressed. The burgers were ice cold and the fries were also ice cold and dried up.. you can tell they were old fries. The customer service sucks.. most of the staff were very unpleasant especially in the drive thru.

Bad service, Food never fresh!! Only if u go at 11 when they switch menu to breakfest to lunch! - Went their one car for inside, and i was the first in the drive thru, took my order drive to the window to pay; she took 3 vehicle order and went get something in the kitchen then talk with other staff then take a other order before serving me!! I beep the horn to be serve. she finaly serve me, then they give me nuggets and fry not fresh of course like always, i ask for fresh fry! ahe brought me some however it was the same thing.. food is disgusting when not fresh !!!

the foods decent and convinient but i would appreciate if your staff would stop looking at my boyfriends hands in disgust nearly every time we drive in. he is clean and washes his hands but he is a burn victim, 3rd degree, so his hands are severely scarred. please be mindful bc it really hurts his confidence..

Very slow in drivethrough, asked for 2,sweeteners in my coffee when I got it it wasn't marked on the side. When I questioned the girl she said don't worry it's in there. It wasn't. Another thing when I said thankyou I got a no problem, I hope it's not a problem it's your job!!

Usually good day shift services. Night shift however? Seems to be a good place to shove incompetent employees, as a schedule filled. I've had to complain about waiting 15 minutes or more for a single coffee 2 early mornings in a row. Left my business card with the floor manager so I could with the store manager and let him/her know my concerns, but 3 days later, no call. (Edit:now weeks). I'm not saying they've lost a customer, I'm simply saying I'll never even consider going there for a coffee, forget about a meal, I less I have an inordinate amount of time to waste.
