The service up front is good. However, there were times when the staff could have wiped off the tables and fixed the chairs around the table. We were there meeting people from away. And during this 90 minutes they didn't do anything to tidy up. Maybe it's not in their job description but it definitely should be.

I cannot explain how much i love this place. The food, the atmosphere, the service. If you're having a bad day this is the spot to go. They take a lot of care to make sure their food is made the way you like/require it and everything is fresh and tasty. Unlike some cafes where you feel like you have no idea what you're ordering the staff are always really quick to explain the different drinks and help you come up with something you're in the mood for. It's local and owned by a Newfoundlander and it shows they have love for their community by the way they treat their customers.

Nice place to sit for a coffee. Some basic food sandwiches which are OK, nothing special, however, the soups I usually find really well-made and very delicious. While the coffee itself is good, there is some inconsistencies on the espresso side of things depending on who is operating the machine; I have had them pull excellent shots for my Americanos one day and really weak over watered shots the next. Great place to sit with a laptop for some work or meet someone for a quick chat, business lunch etc...

Warm blueberry peach scone and a dark roast coffee. Delicious and the coffee was hot and tasty. Atmosphere here is brisk but relaxed at the same time. Staff are happy and so are the customers....❤

The service, coffee and breakfast sandwich were great. Lots of tables and chairs so people could keep their distance. The only reason not giving 5 stars is that staff were not enforcing the 4 people per table rule and there was a table of at least 7 so loud that it was uncomfortable.

If you're a coffee snob, it's OK; but you'll get better coffee elsewhere. If you're looking for a comfy place to sit and chat, it's pretty good! The location is its best asset.

Pleasant staff, clean cafe, great latte but the scone I ordered was doughy and raw in the middle. I would've returned it but was in a rush. Overall, a pretty good spot to grab a coffee.

The atmosphere is great, kind of hip. That aside, the tables were messy and the staff wasn't too quick to clean. The WiFi wouldn't connect.. Bummer. That cut my visit short. No music on, it definitely needed something.

I love jumping bean coffee and have been a royal customer for years. However, I found extremely frustrated recently. I have always bought bags coffee beans and asked staff to grind to fine as I have espresso machine at home. Unfortunately only 20% chance I got it right. It was either too fine to filtering water or too coarse and the water run directly through ending up with just water itself. I am definitely not a picky person an I don't know if the problem is with machine itself or staff training. Either way I hope this problem can be fix ed very soon especially during pandemic. After all I just want a nice espresso in the morning without gambling and testing my luck!
