Love the coffee here, everything from the usual suspects (brewed coffee, lattes etc) to their deluxe and signature coffees are delicious. I've never had a bad or burnt coffee from Bullet. Also the bakery goods are 11/10; the muffins are enormous and delicious, and the banana bread is drool worthy!

The dark roast coffee was good, but the place is small and not really conducive to conversation. If they put very small tables along the side wall, to replace the old sofa, and decorate a bit nicer it would be a great place to hang out. But perhaps they just want people to take-out.

The good news is the quality of their coffee is top notch. The customer service is, unfortunately, not great. The staff this morning was very dismissive of customer concerns. Makes it hard to support local when you don't feel valued as a customer.

Nice little cafe with great tasty muffins. The only thing I dislike is that it was too cold for me. I had to keep my winter jacket inside to stay comfortable.

This place is so cozy and lovely the place is very well decorated to make you feel at home with the recliners and sofa you gotta love this chill spot. Great selection of coffee and ice cream. They are a lovely bunch of people.

If I go on business in the city and all the time I stop by to drink a nice delicious coffee. It is a pity that they do not work until the end of the day. The drinks and food here are very good. Love their coconut misto, white chocolate cookie and triple chocolate ice cream. The price to quality ratio is very good and the staff are all very friendly. Store gets a bit cold sometimes, but that could just be small store + the door is right there. Overall great place to chill for a bit.

Great little privately owned coffee place. Situated along the Northmount Village mall. There are ample parking spaces available. Barista Ladies are great, and friendly. Great place to grab a book or their newspaper supplied to read while enjoying your favorite coffee or their signature drinks and pastries.

Hadn’t been to this little coffee shop for a while. I was actually going to the Subway for lunch, and then I realized that this store might need my business more than a chain. Was delighted when they offered to make me a fresh bagel without ham when I explained that I was a vegetarian, and service was efficient and pleasant. Also had a muffin that was delicious and not “cakey” and sweet like at other coffee shops such as Tim Hortons.

Sort-of friendly staff. One girl was extremely friendly while the other girl making the drinks look and acted like she didn't want to be there. I wish there were more healthy options instead of high fat breakfast burrito or breakfast sandwiches. I have faith in the espresso made here but the Americano I had was obviously burnt which made the drink overwhelmingly overbearing with burnt flavor. By the end of the drink, it was so burnt I couldn't drink the rest which is rare for me. I hope next time I come back, I have a different experience with this quaint neighborhood coffee shop!

Service was excellent, very friendly people! I ordered a coconut honey matcha Latte, it tasted very good, but it wasn't much of a latte, it seem they didn't use the steam wand. It also, wasn't very cozy, the couches were placed right behind the line and weren't very comfortable.. definitely a grab and go coffee shop.

Great place for hot and cold drinks including milkshakes. Small local shop with minimal space inside so it’s more of a grab and go spot but definitely worth the visit. The muffins and cookies are good, haven’t tried any of their sandwich offerings.

I have visited The Bullet on a number of occasions lately (I never did when I lived in Cambrian Heights). Each time I have ordered a different drink (dark roast, espresso, medium blend, tea). Each time my purchase has delivered exactly what I wanted...a lift, a bit of a boost, some chilling juice or simply some refreshment; each time I have enjoyed the experience very much. Service is very friendly. There is a wide selection of coffees, teas and beverages. I have found that prices compare nicely to larger chains with taste a decider that favours TB. There are also a selection of baked goodies for your delectation and delight which are prepared fresh in store and which always look (and smell) appealing. Seating is limited...if you are aware of that at the outset you won't be disappointed if a long chat is on your to do list and you have to take it elsewhere. Do try The Bullet Coffee House...for a great taste experience...you won't be disappointed!

The Bullet Coffee House is a great little Cafe to visit after a walk in Confederation Park. They have a ton of options for people and a couple for dogs too. Their baked goods are excellent. Even the day old muffin tasted fresh and not to sweet. I'll be in the area again to skate, so I'll definitely be stopping by.

Amazing service, they let my wife and I borrow an umbrella on a snowy day for photos. When we came back to the cafe, the coffee, food and service was awesome. Would go back in a heartbeat. Also they have some very creative drinks, also with delicious classics.

Cozy casual coffee shop. The barista who helped me makes a mean vanilla latte. I met up for coffee with an old friend here and it's quaint, but it's also of note there aren't many tables. So it's great for a quick meetup, but a prolonged stay for studying or a meeting might not be ideal.

Nice like coffee shop tucked away in northmount. It’s a grab and go coffee shop there are limited seating area for chit chat or study space. Place is tidy and staff is friendly. However prices are a bit more expensive compared to other independently owned coffee shops. They have a few pastry treats here and there as well. Parking can be a bit crazy in the strip so be aware.

Today was a crazy day being the first snowfall of the year. I had waited for a bus for an hour and 15 without it showing up. I ended up walking to this coffee shop to warm up. The staff were extremely friendly and sweet. They let me stay and enjoy my coffee while figuring out what to do next as my bus was cancelled for the time being. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop to everyone who wants an amazing environment! Thanks from a stranded college student!

I come here fairly often. Staff is super friendly, but often I find coffee quality to be off. The espressos often have a sour, salty taste to them. Ive heard this sentiment echoed by a neighbor. Could be any number of issues, but the grind being off, incorrect tamping or shot time vs shot volume could all contribute to what seems like under extraction. Id encourage staff to do some blind taste tests do a full adjustment on the machine and even try a different bean, rather than taking my word for it. Going to give this place another shot of course, and will update my review to reflect any changes.

A couple years ago I was working close to The Bullet and as I like to try new coffee shops I stopped in to give it a try. I drink my coffee black and always judge coffee shops based on their brewed coffee. Theirs was delicious. I since have come back many times and have brought along friends, family and coworkers all of whom have agreed that it is very good coffee and some have suggested that it may be the best in the city.

I work in the same area as this coffee shop and it is amazing! So many yummy options to choose from and the service is great! My personal fav' is the Charlie Brown, which tastes like a delicious peanut butter cookie straight out of the oven in liquid form. Highly recommend trying this place out. Even on my days off I find myself sneaking over for a fix, so be careful this stuff is highly addictive!
