Update- Feb 21-2020 Fix YOUR MOBILE order system. In the picture below my mobile order is sitting and waiting and getting cold. (Sandwich) Stood at the mobile order area for 5 min waiting for someone to ask me about my order. The food needs to be beside the mobile area pick up... as staff is too busy making food to check on already prepped food. Alternative is interrupt your Neighbors drink bing made to grab a prepped drink already. Fix this system!! All Starbucks make the same drink. The people, like that quirky Scottish bloke is the store. He knows his regular customers and interacts and builds a fun relationship with them. Insert Scottish joke or reference Scotland in any manner and you too will experience His personally! The only other Starbucks in town is boring without this guy.

Update: I tried a Caramel Frappuccino with Oat milk, it was very good. So glad they added oat milk to their nondairy line up. Almond milk in the Fraps have such an awful weird flavor! But the oat milk was like cream. I don't miss the dairy, yay! The service was okay this time. But the time before was so bad. I spoked to the manager and she was so good and corrected the problem. This is why I came back today. The frappucinos here have barely any flavor. I don't think they are adding enough syrup or something. Also, when i order them on the app, everytime i come to get my order, theg ask me if i want whip cream on top. Of course i do. That is how they are advertised. Why would they not want to make them as the photo shows? And it is what i ordered. I didn't say no whip cream. Also, the toppings, they dont put thd toppings on as the order shows. Maybe the owner is trying to be cheap. I dont particularly likr Starbucks anyway but the frappucinnos were good before at other Starbucks.

This is my absolute favourite Starbucks location. I travel between Hamilton and London weekly and stop here on both my way there and back every trip. The staff is always super friendly, always compliments me as I go through the drive-thru, and is always really quick with a busy drive-through. Right outside Kipling station, so the location is very convenient, but it can be hard to find an empty seat. (If it does get too full, there's another Starbucks across the street.) The table layout at this location is a bit different; they have a few tables in the center pushed together to make one long table. Good for study groups I guess, but personally I'm not a fan of this layout, since I only want a table for myself and one or two other people. (They do have a couple separate tables too, but not many, and they're never free when I was there.) The place across the street is smaller but has the more traditional "separate tables" layout that I prefer. If you have a bigger group, you may prefer the long table, so it just depends what you want.

What makes this Starbucks so great--in addition to its location--is its amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and just incredible. Today, I ordered a frappuccino with a cookie straw; of course, being a complete klutz, I pretty much immediately broke the straw and spilled the frappuccino. It had been a rough day as it was, and this was just the cherry on top. Having seen this the barista, Amanda (I think that's what her name tag said), gave me a new one of each, no charge! Not only that, but she whipped up the frappuccino in what seemed like seconds, while I was trying to clean up the mess I had made. She laughed it off and just made me feel so much better about the whole ordeal. This was just one interaction of many, wonderful ones. I love absolutely every employee I have met there. For this reason, this location is, without question, my favourite. ^^

Not up to par for being a Starbucks Reserve- very disappointing service during my stay in Banff. I ordered a Nitro with Cream along with breakfast for two and another drink. The Nitro was delivered without the cream - the server seemed confused when I explained I had ordered the Nitro with sweet cream, she seemed annoyed added the cream without care. I couldn’t taste anything sweet about the added cream. When adding the cream my lid was taken off and placed upside down on a dirty counter. Overall the store was trashed and not well maintained.

Asked for Skinny Mocha syrup. Barista Jaycie stated abruptly "we don't have skinny mocha" I kindly asked what they did have (as in other sugar free syrups) Jaycie rather rudely stated "We have normal mocha" and walked away. When my coffee was made she simply stated my order and walked away even thought I said thank you. Not sure why she feels the need to speak dow to paying customers. Especially seeing as I paid 5 bucks for a drink. I'm really disappointed in her attitude and supreme lack of customer service. I get people can be annoying, and we all have off days. But this attitude and abrasiveness to simple and reasonable question isn't acceptable in the service industry. Really disappointed. I'll drive the extra few minutes to go to the other Starbucks off Dunmore road by the Walmart form now on. Really disappointed...

So it's a busy location and obviously will be longer wait, so I prep myself for the wait so I can get me some of them delicious egg whites with red pepper. I just get some work done while I wait and had an entertaining experience with the two cars behind me. The one merged as they are supposed to but the lady behind me was in line first so she gave him a piece of her mind loool, it was so good! On top of that they gave me my order free of charge for having to wait, it definitely makes it better.

I go into this Starbucks every morning for my coffee and I am always so pleased with the staff. The manager, Trina, always remembers who I am and what I order and we can always share a laugh before I am off to work. Constantly get drinks with a tonne of foam on the top, sometimes up to 1/4 of my cup is foam. It's gotten so annoying that I have started asking for no foam and once again I got one with a bunch. I am paying $5 for this drink, I expect my whole cup filled. Have gotten a lot of drinks that have used the wrong syrup as well. If this wasn't the closest to my work I would by-pass this Starbucks completely. The one in Cobblestone is WAY better. Whenever we've complained the staff treats it like a complete nuisance, I don't complain often but I am SUPER annoyed with the service, and quality of coffee here.

I asked for a Trenta Strawberry Acài lemonade, I got the smallest cup I've ever seen. Paid $7.14 for it too, couldn't say anything because they were extremely busy. With other customers, if you cannot be bothered to read an order properly then you should probably stick to something else job wise.

Good location, relatively quiet especially later on in the evening. Parking is a bit limited though, particularly if you want to linger a while. Boundary street entrance has stairs, come in from the parking lot to avoid those. Friendly staff!

The service here is very fast and they always get my drinks right. Most of the baristas are very friendly and will chat with you. One barista today was very loudly exclaiming how she would literally rather be unemployed than working there so that definitely killed the welcoming environment and I wanted to get my drink as quickly as possible and go. We went though the drive thru and asked for a venti drink. When we got to the window we paid for the drink and the employee came to give us our drink. The employee’s supervisor came over to us to tell us that the way we ordered the drink was wrong. The drink they gave me was not what I ordered and that is the reason I made a special order. They kept telling me that what I ordered was wrong yet I am a frequent customer of Starbucks and have ordered this drink many many times without any issue. They came to me with a Grande and I mentioned that I ordered a venti. The employee then asked us if we would like it remade which we said yes to. They then charged us for difference in size which is not a big deal. Overall the customer service was very lacking and poor. From the beginning with the way they approached us was very condescending. We tried to explain to the employee that the drink we order is not the one she was making. They then went on to say that they are a training Starbucks and they follow the rules. Considering this is a training Starbucks I was very disappointed with the customer service and the product we got. Consider the employee made a mistake with not punching in my order size correctly after repeating it back to me at the ordering window I at least would have appreciated an apology instead of being given a lecture about Starbucks drinks.

I don’t know where these 5 star reviews are coming from, are we going to the same Starbucks? The staff are nice and polite but it is a very mismanaged store. They are consistently understaffed, out of products (they rarely have cold brew for some reason), and our orders are often wrong if we order more than one drink. I try not to go here because it’s usually an annoying experience, but there aren’t many coffee places open early in this area.

very busy location just off the 401 highway on the North side of the 401 (Westbound direction), easy access with an automated door that has a motion detector, 4-5 tables on the exterior, clean interior and staff appeared motivated but got easily overwhelmed if many orders are coming on the mobile order, drive-through as well as walk-in clients, my mobile order sat on the printer for a while until the staff realized an order came in

If you're going to have a "buy five get one free" promotion, at least try to make it a pleasant experience for the customer. After having bought 4 drinks previously it was a pain to try and buy a fifth and get the sixth free, to the point where I had to show the fine print that allowed for the sixth to be free. The two drinks we received were watered down and so packed with ice the straw barely fit into the drink. Next time don't run a promotion if it'll end up being a worse experience for the customer.

There aren't too many places to arrange a meeting in Brockville. This Starbucks is like any other, and does have several decent tables for small group meetings (3-4people). Be aware that the music is very loud and the customers do not seem to understand personal space. The staff are efficient and friendly, providing consistent service.
