This coffee shop is awesome! It is quite small but has lots of character. The industrial feel to the place is really nice and I love how you can see their massive coffee roasting machine and bags of beans. They roast the coffee in store and the coffee is amazing. The chia tea lattes are awesome. I personally would like a tad bit more spice, but I do enjoy mine with lots of spice. I highly recommend Roasti Coffee. It is awesome!

Wow. Roasti oozes authenticity. I find that quite often, places that seem “instagram-worthy” are aesthetic heavy, but don’t deliver on product quality. Roasti goes above and beyond. And if you ever get to meet the owners and hear the story behind Roasti, that’s the icing on the cake. Super humble and genuinely passionate about bringing the experience to the greater Edmonton area. Today I got the El Salvador pour-over to cure a case of the Mondays. So far, my personal favourite has been the Columbian Nitro Cold Brew. 10/10 would recommend.

Roasti is everything a coffee bar should be. The atmosphere is simple and warm. It has a rustic minimalist feel but is still warm and inviting. Because they roast on site, the smells are richer than most mainstream coffee shops. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain the subtleties of their craft if you want to know. And of course, the coffee is delicious and made by truly expert baristas. For anyone who enjoys fun social environments and a perfectly brewed cappuccino, this is a must visit! Take a bag of beans home with you to extend the experience beyond a couple cups

Decent latte, and limited selection of baked goods. They charge an extra dollar on top of the coffee pass that I brought, while many of the other shops on the pass don't. I think that is a poor idea...the pass is a super cheap way for them to get me into the store...once they have customers in the store they should use that opportunity to impress the customer and make sure they come back!

I was surprised at the size of this place when I arrived. They roast there own beans here and have a cute selection of merchandise. The coffee is fresh and they have a decent selection of cold baked goods. I ordered a croissant and was happy with how fresh it was. This is a bit out of the way for me, but I'll remember it next time I'm in this part of Sherwood Park.

Very good coffee. I get a few bags every few weeks. Most recent visit (Nov 9) the shop was closed an hour early (3p instead of 4p) for maintenance. Not a huge problem but would have been nice if the online hours had been updated, as I left work early and made a special 60-min round trip to try and get my favourite coffee. But, lesson learned - next time I'll call ahead!

I loved this place! It is fairly easy to miss on the outside, as it's hidden in a little strip mall on the east side of Brentwood Boulevard, but I had it on good authority that it was worth the visit, and I'm glad I did! Inside you'll get to see their gorgeous roster, lots of fab merch(I may need that mug) and friendly baristas. I LOVED my oat milk latte--the espresso was so smooth. They have really unique notes in their beans, definitely worth smelling the beans they have available for pour overs! There isn't a ton of seating, but it's enough for the traffic and there is definitely room to add more if they need to! Summary: if you love coffee and haven't been to Roasti yet, you need to check it out!

For Coffee in Sherwood Park, Roasti is the place to go! They've perfected their drinks and anything from drip coffee to specialty beverages are wonderful. The reason for 3 stars is the overall experience when sitting in the café takes away from the exemplary product. Hospitality is lacking... when loading and unloading products, the door in the back was left wide open the whole time. Almost every patron put their coat on. I do long stretches of studying so when I ordered my coffee I asked if there was refills on drip. I was told yes. However this is only 1 free refill. When I'm in your café for upwards of 4-5 hours studying, I'd love to be able to top up my cup a few times while almost certainly purchasing treats along the way. It's for these reasons that I couldn't recommend Roasti for long-stay study type visits. They will always be my go-to for quick coffee meetings, but extended visits will have to be moved to other café's that encourage hunkering down for hours on end. I hope they reconsider their same-visit refill policy and keep their customers in mind when leaving exterior doors open when the café is full.

It is so mellow and smooth. Makes for a better start to the day. This coffee became such a regular part of our day, we contacted them and made arrangements to use it as our wedding favors! It's such an added bonus that it's locally roasted and ran right in Sherwood Park by a lovely family!

I found this coffee at the Sherwood park farmer's market and I was hooked after the first bag. Not many rosters boast the roasting date on their bags, and these bags are environmentally friendly to boot! As for the coffee itself, it's the smoothest coffee you will find anywhere; the tasting notes just shine right through. Though that's what you get when you deal directly with the farm that the beans come from.. But now that the market is shut down for the season, I just contact them directly and pick up a bag any time I need more!

I have been on the hunt for a new, great local coffee bean roaster for quite some time now and was introduced to Roasti this weekend! The Cold Brew is amazing - best one I've had yet. I purchased the Guatemala Finca Medina beans to take home and it is absolutely delicious! I wake up excited to drink (and smell) my coffee again and can't wait to try the other batch flavours! Highly recommend!

Been to Roasti twice now. I was very excited for a new coffee shop in the neighbourhood, and after hearing all of the great reviews, I couldn't wait to try it. The first time around, I ordered a drip coffee. It was honestly one of the worst brewed coffees I've had in my life. It was overwhelmingly sour, it must've been sitting in the pot for hours. I figured it was a one-time thing, so I decided to give it another shot the next morning. I ordered an Americano, and I couldn't even make it through half of my drink. I don't know if the employees aren't properly trained, or what, but it was like drinking sour, burnt water. Maybe their other products are good, or maybe it was just unlucky to have two bad experiences in a row. I admit, I didn't try anything other than the coffee, so maybe my review is a little unfair. But, in my opinion, if you're a coffee shop, the coffee should be the one thing people can count on being good. For what they charge, you're better off going to Starbucks; at least you'll get some quality and consistency for your money.

Obsessed with the coffee here! Never once had a bad cup of coffee! Just a nice smooth cup of coffee that tastes like a cup of heaven. I refuse to buy coffee beans anywhere else except here. Love the people here and always get a hi or at least a nod of some sort of acknowledgement when the staff are busy with a customer. I love that they roast their own beans and that they do so much in the community of Sherwood park! Worth the drive for a good cup of coffee!

Got myself a nice Rowandain pour over coffee this morning. It Did not disappoint. Roasti makes the perfect pour over. It’s weighed and timed for the perfect pour. Nice quiet location perfect to meet a friend or study. Great friendly staff. And they take the up most respect in making your drink perfect. Coffee or teas.

Ok. So on one half of what used to be the country cottage, there's a pizza place, looks dated despite just opening. Then there's this half! Tastefully decorated, a crisp and clean look to it and a garage door to create a faux patio. Truely impressed by the lattes I've had, you can watch them toast coffee right there. Limited seating but not an issue the two times I've been there. They also support small business evidenced by they're selling frickin delights doughnuts (totally worth it)! Options for non dairy include, but are limited to oat milk and macadamia nut milk (also delicious)! All in all a really nice cafe, in a somewhat quiet area and a bit of a hidden gem as it's not blatantly in your face like Starbucks. Also started by a Sherwood Parker so it's about as local as it gets here! 10/10 recommend!

The staff were super friendly, greeted me as soon as I came in. Service was fast. They have a good set up so one entrance, one exit and multiple hand sanitizing stations. I came late in the day, so not sure if there was more snack food earlier on, all they has left was pretzels and they were really tasty, not too salty. They have some cool merchandise and a simple menu with the staples available, which I appreciate...not too many options or complications. Will definitely be back, great, local gift ideas too like travel mugs, hats, shirts, etc.

This is such a cute little coffee shop. We pick our CSA vegetables from there every week. I have them make me iced tea with their berry tea. Sooooo delicious! You can also find some really tasty locally made goodies like Caramunchies.

The shop is really nice and staff very friendly. I was disappointed that they didn't have any cold brew, and ordered an iced americano. I asked for the biggest size they had. They said it was one size only but offered a bigger cup. They just poured in more water instead of an extra shot, which I thought I was clear I would pay for. So it just tasted like coffee flavoured water. It was a disappointing visit but I will try them again in the summer.

Truly a delightful surprise. I took a chance a month ago and made a life-altering decision; changing my morning coffee brand. The espresso is AMAzING. Trust me buy it. You will not regret this decision. Theres no going back. Give it a shot;)

My first time visiting this local coffee shop and I enjoyed a delicious latte. I loved the cute design on the latte, the atmosphere and quick service. This spot looks like it is popular among locals and I can see why. Would like to see some more food options here though but I can see that happening in the future.

I love the coffee! The baked goods & service here are pretty standard, nothing to write home about but not unpleasant either. The space is pretty cute, too! I've been twice and found it pleasant both times. Editing review: Came back another time and we weren't allowed to sit in the café with our to-go cups for "environmental reasons". If we're getting the drinks to go anyway, I don't understand the issue. The cups are compostable. We just wanted to sit for a few minutes before we headed out, but didn't want to linger (we had somewhere to be). Would love to know if you allow customers to bring re-usable mugs. If not, I'd consider revising this weird policy.

I thought I would try this place. Not impressed at all. Overpriced. The coffee was sour and bitter. 7-11 makes much better coffee 100 feet away, and for less than half the price. The pastry snack was dry, tasteless, and poorly made. I will not be going back and don't recommend. I should have went for a pint of beer and wings at a bar instead.
