This is currently my fav coffee shopin the entire Airdrie! here is why... I am an entrepreneur who spends a lot of time on phone and computer, The reason I choose this place is because of the loving energy and kindness of the staff and the people who come here. I find it more chill and friendly and can start conversion with random people. I like to send a special thanks to Arlene and the rest of the crew whose kindness and good vibes goes really well with my first cup of coffee of the day. :) Much love!

This use to be my go-to coffee place but not anymore! It went to the crapper after new ownership came in several months ago. I recently went in again because I had heard that it was under new ownership again but it still no better! The staff used to be so friendly and their food was always so good but now, NOT SO MUCH! Very sad!

The staff are always friendly when I go here and the food is fresh and tastes great. There is a chessboard here to play with a friend over a drink or perhaps you'd like to sit on the couches and read the paper or a good book. Plenty of natural lighting and cozy color scheme. There's something here for everyone.

Very quaint place to visit. Great place to drop by to have a cup of coffee. Nice variety of tea and coffee. Juices also have great variety. However, the food menu can be improved. It's very good but can be made excellent. Just a tip for the management, visit some of the small towns in BC like Fernie or Nelson and go to any cafe or sandwich place. You'll get lots of ideas. The variety and the taste of their items are mind boggling.

This place is fantastic. My favorite coffeehouse in Airdrie. Most staff are really friendly and high energy. Can get quite busy at times but that has never affected the service. I'm a big tea drinker and GE has a nice selection of them. Ps. Love the live music.

I work very close to this location but unfortunately I am disappointed every time I try it. I get the same drink each time but it is never consistent depending on who makes it. The price for their food is not worth the portion size you get especially when their food is reheated by a microwave. Today I found a black hair baked into my quiche. Wish my experiences were different as it would be very convenient for me to go here. It's also great to see management only responds to positive reviews :/ What a joke

There was a large group of 8 or 10 people in the Cafe when we arrived. Not only were they sitting together (which is not allowed as they are not part of the same household) but most were not wearing masks when out of their chairs. They were all over the cafe and from my perspective were not told to wear their masks when out of their chairs. This made me very uncomfortable and feel unsafe and unfortunately I will not be returning because of this. The service was pleasant and our drinks were good but my safety takes priority. Very unfortunate.

The new owner cares about this place, and that is exactly how you feel when you come here. This Good Earth has a great atmosphere and does an awesome job of keeping the public safe during this pandemic. I would highly suggest that Airdrie locals support this establishment. And the Coconut Beetroot Muffins are insanely good!

Visited here today. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. I got a mocha frappe and it was delicious. This is the perfect place to visit if you need a catch-up with a friend or need a quiet place to get some school studying done. I highly recommend checking this place out. We also received very friendly service while we were there. They also have a free book library on the outside by the front entrance. Very cool!

Bathrooms are always dirty. Toilet paper dispenser empty with the toilet roll on the dirty floor, garbages are so full paper towel is falling out of them, and the sink is filthy. I’ve seen outhouses cleaner

I absolutely adore Good Earth. Great location, prime evening patio. Drinks are always creative and FRESH ingredients in summer! Some nights you'll find live music, or artists, grab a tapas & wine. You can't beat how much they do in the community too, I've had their coffee at many an event, catered and donated!

I hate to give a poor review, but the Americano I ordered was terrible, and the small, easy to microwave and serve chicken pot pie took 15 minutes to get to me! And I was one of only two people in the whole coffee house. I had to get the barista to come out of the back room to prepare what she had clearly forgotten about. Then I was told "it's just in the microwave", but then it took another 10 minutes to get to my table. Very very poor service. I would like to say though. The owner was very quick to respond to my review, and showed such kindness and consideration. Thank you for that!

When I go for coffee I expect my java to be hot especially if I need cream. We just received 2 black coffee that was mildly warm and instead of giving us fresh cups they were put in the microwave. I could have stayed home and heated up my left over morning coffee in the microwave

I hear that the new owners just took over this place very recently! Service was slow but my cappucino was delicious! Looks like the lady making my coffee had to read instructions first! There was only 2 on staff and it looks like one of them was conducting interviews. The counters were dirty and sticky from old coffee spillage!

Has gone downhill. I used to go here all the time but I am sad to say the quality of the coffee, food and atmosphere has declined. The coffee is watery now, the big fresh baked muffins I used to love are 1/4 of their original size and the food display looks completely unappetizing when before it all looked fresh and delicious. There used to be beautiful artwork from local artists on the walls and now just screws and hanging gear. The girl at the counter was very friendly but unfortunately good customers service can’t make up for product quality. The coffee didn’t taste as good as what I can make while camping in the woods. Seems they may be cutting corners and not using enough beans but still charging expensive coffeehouses prices. Will not be returning, very sad because this used to be a great little cafe.

Hey just some constructive criticism for management! I applied here the other day, later I received a text message from Norielle asking if I could come in for an interview in a few hours, I was away in sylvan lake visiting with family so it would have been impossible for me to get there on time. I mentioned this and offered to come in any time the following day, after receiving no reply I sent another message and still received no reply. I thought the lack of response- even a rejection- was both disappointing and unprofessional. I spent the better part of yesterday waiting for a response, feeling guilty that I was with my family instead of being available for an interview, and then feeling as if I had gotten an unjustified rejection because I was out of town for a day. In the future if you reach out to someone for an interview keep that communication open, I am clearly not an employee there which makes me a customer and I would hope you have more respect for your customers.

Ordered coffee, breakfast panini and a muffin. Then watched the staff struggle with the order for several minutes. Finally got the sandwich after 7 or 8 minutes - it didn't need making. It was in the display case. It wasn't even busy.

I can't say enough good about this place. First, the staff was amazing. So friendly and polite. I really enjoyed talking to them. Also, nothing in the menu is over $10. The food looks incredible, it tastes delicious and that was the smoothest Colombian coffee I have ever tasted.

Always dirty! Old pastries, never get what what you ordered. Head office is aware of the problems. Apparently they get complaints regularly. Closest coffee shop to my house and after 3 bad experiences I will drive an extra half hour to get a good coffee if I need too than put myself through that again. Eek

Goodearth Airdrie is a warm welcoming location to sit and have a coffee and a chat. The lady who commented about us yesterday was completely out of line. Perhaps we could have spread out a bit more but we always wear masks when not consuming food or beverages and we were no where close to 10. 10couldn't even fit in the corner also several are single and live alone and the weekend morning coffee is there only time to meet with friends. This is permitted under the rules . If someone is still concerned have the curtesy to speak to us.

Unfortunately it is usually painfully slow and my drink is rarely correct. It is near work so I stop here about once a week but will probably be sticking to another local coffee place from now on. They also required a vaccine passport to get a coffee to go which I found very bizzare, as I didn't see them request the same from the skip the dishes drivers who were also standing waiting to take a coffee to go.

Watching the staff flounder while its wasn't that busy, was frustrating simply to watch. Waited over 15 minutes for a flat white and there was only a single person ahead of me in line. The place lacks structure and management. The barista had pretty much given up and was making coffee according to what customers were telling him, not looking at orders or timing as they were printed out. The espresso machine was on it's last legs and no longer making quality product (steamed milk or espresso) Finally, the fact that there was two counter staff members watching or not watching the barista fail, while he tried to do everything, was sad.

Been here 3 times and every time has been disappointing. I love other Good Earth locations but since giving the Airdrie location three attempts to make a drink (a London Fog) I've come to the conclusion that they have no idea how to. I will not be back again, and I would not recommend this location to anyone. Staff is pleasant though.
