i had a great experience here. i got the cinnamon egg nog latte and it was amazing, the staff were kind and helpful, and i also got s cookie that tasted good and wasnt stale at all.

I bought a Christmas Latte after dropping off a donation to the hospital foundation feeling especially good about people and Christmas. However, my experience at this outlet was emotionally very negative. I watched as a women who appeared to be the owner treated her employee in a deplorable manner. Every comment she made was full of contempt and so passive aggressive that I and the other customers were clearly uncomfortable. She would switch between friendly yet assertive in her selling to customers to impatient and hostile to her worker. It came off as highly insincere and shockingly tone deaf. I left after paying and ended up dumping out my latte I was so disturbed by the experience. It’s Christmas Eve — it is my hope for a little goodwill at Good Earth on this day of all days. I won’t ever go to a Good Earth again. There are too many other choices run by caring people who like to serve and make others a little bit happier for having come by — all while they run their business well.

I am really disappointed. I have been to a other Good Earth branches but this one I don't understand why the drinks and the food doesn't taste thesame. I tried many items the specialty drinks and the regular coffee and every time I have to go back to modified it or just leave it. The scones were so dried out to the point it stuck into my mouth and couldn't chew on it. The lemon raspberry frab it is like milk with lemon flavour which so bitter and drizzle of raspberry syrup. It is funny that even if you don't like your drink or there is something wrong in it they will not try to change it. I had a salted caramel mocha and it was beyond sweet. I told them it is super sweet and she was like mmmm we can do anything about it! So asked to pour some of it and fill it up with more coffee. On the other hand it is expensive even for just drip coffe 3.5$ why??I can see the rating is so low, hopefully the owner try to do something about this.

I’ve been here a couple times, it’s nice to have a decent coffee shop with delicious treats available for longer hours. Never had a problem, and prices are consistent with other Good Earth locations I’ve been to. Staff is friendly but sometimes a little aloof and often has to ask another person questions, either about accepting coupons or how to prepare the feature drinks, but at least they seek clarification for you.

Fries old and cold. Requested everything on the burger, received cucumbers, lettuce and onions. Bun dry, meat must of been on the heating tray for hours. Service sloppy and short. Really disappointing!!!!!

Horrible, pick up a coffee from anywhere but here. Service is slow and workers are rude. Food is disgusting, and overpriced.

Be aware of this THIEVES. I worked here for five days then I quit. She refused to pay me and told me if I didn’t write your social insurance number I can denied. I have every right to quit if I don’t like the job. She and her husband are thieves. They run their business like their country. This is Canada you pay people that worked for you THIEVES. You came to this country for a better life and yet keep doing what you have done in your back home. THIEVES

The worst food ever! The staff seem like they have no idea what they are doing. Unfortunately I have eaten here multiple times as there is no other options. Also shame on them for the absolute disgusting prices! Bad enough people are here for very tough situations, they dont deserve to be robbed for disgusting food.

your coffee shop at children's hospital this morning. I wonder if your staff even know how to prepare a cappuccino. Only 20% of the cup as per them is filled with coffee, rest has to be air. If that is the case, then I think you need to make a correction in your cup size as well. Your staff acted as if they don't understand anything. I will never recommend anyone to ever visit your store for anything. I feel as if you cheat all customers. I don't feel like even ending this email with thank you note.

The Coffee is good. But I HATE how the staff is trying to confuse costumers into buying a larger size. Just give People the damn size they ask for. It's expensive enough as it is! On top of it, we are juggling kids and Appointments. Trying to trick people into buying the larger size is just SAD!
