Very cheque atmosphere, by far my favourite place to stop in for coffee in the entirety of Red Deer. Open fairly early so you can grab a cup to go on your way to the office. I highly recommend the mocha, and their Danishes! Only down side (if it could be considered a downside) is there is not very much room for activities or additional indoor seating for that matter. However, on a bright sunny day I highly encourage you to sit outside and people watch!

I am not from Red Deer but I stopped at Dose with a good friend (who was also not from Red Deer). We trusted it would not disappoint us since they use quality beans and also were quite busy. The atmosphere was nice, not a ton of places to sit, but I would rather that than cram a ton of seating into a small place. The coffee was brewed wonderfully and tasted great. I would be happy to go back again!

Love the coffee. Love the dulce and flat white here. Short walk from my work downtown and sometimes I make the trip from home to grab a coffee here. It's a locally owned business, something that there just isn't enough of in Red Deer. Too bad crime in downtown Red Deer is so bad, if come here even more.

I had the Dolce Latte which was not too bitter and not too sweet. The barista made a little latte art in my drink too which I loved. I ordered a gingersnap cookie to do with it and it was so soft and very flavourful and was as big as my face lol. Then had a few tables and chairs set up outside as well which was very nice with the downtown atmosphere. The inside was very tidy and had a nice vibe. Loved it.

The baristas here are very friendly and open for conversation! Location is very nice, space is cozy, there's nice bright natural lighting here so it's perfect for taking photo's! Doesn't get too busy in here, there's always a place to sit. Pet and children friendly! Okay, onto the drinks! I recently tried their matcha latte (photo shown) and it's very good! Not too tart or too sweet, gives just enough of a buzz to get my day started. I've also had their espresso here (can't remember which roast) but it was floral and fruity.

Best Coffee in Red Deer. Staff are relaxed, friendly and seem passionate about the "craft" of making coffee. The latte had interesting flavours and a subtle sweetness without added sugar. Dose is not the cheapest place to grab a cup but definitely a worthwhile treat!

$3.50 for a barely warm dark roast. Could tell it was good coffee but if your charging that much you should have your product in check.. After reading your reply it appears safe to say that you missed the point I was trying to make. I didn't drive by 10 other $1 coffee places to complain about the price. I go to well reveiwed establishments that serve quality coffee and I don't mind paying for good quality. What makes it even more annoying is that I asked the blond girl for a dark roast coffee, which apparently you don't even sell. Anyway, by the time I walked across the street to my vehicle and made one turn and took my first sip, I could have popped the lid off and chugged it like it was a glass of water, by then I'm in gatez and turning around for a warmer coffee is not worth the time. So before you pick and choose the points of a discussion that you may or may not agree with, maybe try to actually read what a person writes. If your first response when I said 'dark roast' was 'we don't even sell that' the red flags should have started and maybe then you would of realized that there was actually a legitimate complaint.

Cute little place that Red Deer needs in its centre - and so good that they are open on Sundays as so much is closed around this nook. I loved the charcoal in the water! The pastries are yummy and latte very earthy. Will be going back to try a few more beverages and see if they do a soy chai latte.

I'm a person who loves coffee. I was highly impressed at the decor of this shop. The service was just fine. The reason I give this shop a low rating is the coffee. It was a very watered down tasteless medium roast. The cream was milk at best. Also for a coffee refill on a normally 2 dollar cup was 3.50. I wouldn't mind that price for a good cup of coffee. I was highly disappointed and will use my time for any other coffee shop in red deer. Good luck you have fantastic decor choices.

I've been in the city only 2 weeks and I've been here a handful of times. The staff is incredibly nice and always makes a fantastic coffee. I've tried something different every time and it always is delicious. I brought home a bag of their coffee today which they ground in store for me and now my roommate is hooked as well. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least try something from here.

The staff and environment was nice, We ordered a hot chocolate and an americano, both were terrible. The espresso was sour, the hot chocolate didn’t even taste like chocolate. For the price it was a big disappointment. In the end I dumped my americano down the sink. It’s rare to be so below the mark that I dump out a coffee, so it’s saying something.
