My daughter and her friend went there the other day and loved it. They both got salted caramel frappes, with no espresso. They went at about 4:30 and there was no one else in store. The barista was extremely helpful, cheery and made a new experience great. Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. Not sure what to get? Ask for what they recommend.

Love love loveeeee Cuppers!. Its my new favourite coffee shop to pick up hot or cold drinks and to pick up ground coffee. There is so many options for coffee beans, there all roasted in house and range from blends, decaf, blonde, dark, and medium roasts. The best thing about going to Cuppers is the friendly and genuine greeting you get when you come into the store. Ive never had such amazing service at a coffee house before. They also have more than just coffee. There is coffee accessories, a large selection of teas, tea cups and pots, local made sweets, beverage containers, and much much more.

I had a great first visit a couple days ago, I walked in obviously not knowing anything about the kind of beans I wanted and was instantly semi-educated on the various light to medium roast beans they had and let me smell the beans they suggested. I bought 1lb of their House Blend in whole bean and I didn't regret it. It's a flavourful bean and I'll be back to try others! The staff are very friendly. Quiet, peaceful setting, coffee mugs and brewing equipment for sale and a very large variety of bean to choose from. Thanks!

Among the best coffee I've tasted since moving here from Europe. The package included a hand written card for the holidays and a chocolate bar. Hard to make a stop there and to justify going out of my way if.i don't have a space to enjoy It. I would go out of my way to sit and have a cup on my own or with a friend, but not to go in for a cup when I have a baby to carry around.

Truly Iconic, this is easily the best coffee shop in town! They always make you feel welcome and over a wide variety of coffee beans. Incredible staff are always joking and having fun. Only downside is the price but its worth it everytime.

The Bad Coffee nitro brew cans have been my favourite way to ingest caffeine since I found that was even an option. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys warm or iced coffee and is definitely worth giving a try.

I like decaf coffee, and it's always hard to find good ones. They do have a very small decaf coffee selection (only 3 options), but fortunately they are pretty good ones. Heading back regularly now as it seems to be the best option in town.

From the designing stages of our coffee (the 'Get off my Lawn' coffee brew) to picking up the coffee at their store, we received 5 Star treatment every step of the way. This fundraiser was successful and did not require a lot of time consuming work. Today was my first time being in Cupper's. My first impression was fantastic, just the smell when I walked in sent me to a whole new world! I was greeted by very friendly and energetic staff that were helpful and knowledgeable about all of their beans. By telling them how I brew and what flavors I liked they were able to guide me towards the perfect beans for me. They also ground them to the best consistency for my machine so I dont have to worry about inconsistent grind at home. I cannot wait to get home and try it, the smell in my car is driving me crazy! Thak you to the Cupper's staff for the great experience and wonderful customer service. I will be back soon.

They went the extra mile and mailed the product out to Calgary for me! I spoke with Nancy who me arranged the entire thing for me and it extremely painless. Cute shop, great selection, very friendly employees. The only thing that stops me from going there more is the cold drinks ..they are so inconsistent in the quality. Not all of the baristas know what they're doing, and there is a 60% chance you'll walk away with a 7$ watery frappe, or ice lattee\coffee, despite paying for an extra espresso shot (how does that happen???) and wish you had gone to Tim's instead. BUT when they turn out...then they are REALLY good. I only know if one guy there that is consistent in making frappes and I always hope I get him when I come in for one. Alas that isn't always the case. So usually I end up bummed with my drink, boycott for 4 months and then find myself back for another try. I have heard same same complaint from a few people that used to frequent cuppers and no longer do.

I recently went to Cupper’s for the first time. I purchased several pounds of whole coffee beans as a birthday gift for my friends. As I am not a coffee drinker, I didn’t really know where to start. Luckily for me, the staff there was excellent. They were friendly and helped me pick a good coffee. I ended up buying a few gourmet hot sauces that they sell there. I am looking forward to trying those soon.

My one stop shop for all my coffee needs, everyime I make a cup of coffee, with cuppers beans, for friends and family they all rave how smooth and delicious the coffee is. Everyone is super friendly informative. Got recommended a aero press from these guys and love it so much it has pretty much replaced my coffee maker at home. Even my relatives from China request for a few pounds every few years I make a trip. Best coffee beans by far.
