Please learn and apply basic business fundamentals. I've driven here twice when it's shown to be open, and both times it has been closed with no hours of operations near the entrance and no info when contacting the phone number associated with the company. I wish I could sip this coffee, but I'll have to buy somewhere else today.

Best coffee I have ever tasted! I love the Just Black but would love to try others as well. My wife and I went to check out the store in St. Albert last Saturday, May 23, 2020 but it was closed so I was disappointed. Hope it is open on another Saturday as that is the only day that we have time to go. But I do recommend this coffee to everybody and love the fact that it supports our Veterans and Law Enforcement.

I showed up before the shop was opened today and one of the staff, a very sweet lady, came out as I was leaving and let me pick up coffee before heading to work. Some of the best smelling coffee beans out there unfortunately I don't drink coffee but if I did I'm sure it's a solid nine on taste factor for the coffee. There's a sample brew on deck locked and loaded ( sorry for the pun) that gives u a Chance to give the coffee a try .

I've only tried 2 flavours so far but I've just ordered my second round of coffee. I have zero complaints about the coffee. The flavours that I've tried taste great and have a nice bold flavour. Perfect to get my day started. I make it in my french press every morning and usually a cup in the afternoon as well during weekdays. It's slightly cheaper than our Nespresso maker but a better range of flavour. I only hope that my order comes in before I run out!

Great coffee no matter which blend you choose, these guy's have it figured out. Despite their naming schemes, whether you believe in them or not, these guys are committed to creating the best tasting coffee full stop and I would challenge you to try it without prejudice. They actively support all first responders and military, active or not, and they are a strong voice politically for support towards them. Finally they have incredible customer service and make a point to personally phone you just to say thank you for buying their products. For a small company whose has exploded in the last year, they have not lost their roots and are thankful to each and every customer of theirs. Well done.

My wife and I liked the idea of ordering from an organization that supports Canadian vets as we are both ex-military. It was nice that you folks put out a product that was obviously better than most. We live up in the Alberta side of the Rockies in a small semi-isolated community and rely heavily on having our goods transported in. May 5 2021 there was a glitch in the system and we could not order our coffee from Black Rifle. When my wife called she was told there was no issue and nothing could be done, not even an order over the phone would be allowed. So now we have gone back to a previous provider. I enjoyed waking up to "Just Black" coffee brewing in my kitchen but when a company provides lackluster customer service in a competition rich environment you risk losing business.

Great coffee. You get to support veterans. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Stopped in while in Edmonton for work, they didn't have their store front set up yet but they gave me 2 free bags of coffee for stopping in. This being my first interaction with someone from the company they really know how to make a great first impression!
