Good tasting coffee, but horrible customer service. One of the packages came with the tiny rock and ruined my coffee grinder. After several weeks of assessing the coffee grinder, the owner agreed that the grinder needed fixing. However, after implying that I might have lied about the stone in their coffee, the owner suggested I contact the manufacturer of the coffee grinder and tell them they had a defective product. Good way to run business!

Moved away from AB and haven't found beans as good as or as fresh as the Black Lava Java beans. We now order and ship them to BC.

Ordered coffee August 2, 2020.Have not received it. Customer service email bounces back and the phone number listed for Big Mountain Coffee is for a man named Wade. Will be pursuing through credit card and RCMP.

Ordered 4 bags of coffee on April 17th, shipping stated it would arrive April 21. Still have not received a shipping notice. Have tried to contact company and their mailbox is FULL. Will have to call credit card company and see if they can refund. Very disappointed.

Fantastic Coffee. I have been buying their coffee for nearly a decade. The owners are wonderful who genuinely care about their product. I recently introduced my office to their coffee and they can't get enough. Phil & Seb always seemed to taste like garbanzo beans to me. No idea why they are so popular when this awesome roaster is right here in Calgary. Keep up the good work!

Placed an order on February 5 and only received it April 13. Please note i live in Edmonton and their in Calgary should just drove down there myself and picked it up. Very disappointed it took over 2 month to arrive.
