Stopped for a night on a long move, the rooms were large and clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was conveniently located.

Service is poor, poor customer service, non workable elevator for months, poor value for the spent or requested money or service. They don’t understand what goodwill is. They take advantage of the name (best western), in fact they should Shane the name to (worst in town hotel). Strongly do not recommend this hotel. Bed and breakfast will give you better value for your money and possible better service. Management need to change as the way they communicate with long lasting customers is the best way to shut down this hotel.

Older building but rooms well appointed and clean, bed very comfortable and no noise at night. Restaurant food very good, well priced, and staff friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay there again

Nice property. Sometimes I am skeptical about Best Western Properties, but this one was very nicely maintained. Clean and modern rooms. Great Beds. Very friendly staff. Would stay again for sure.

Really excellent staff, close to everything you need downtown. To some it may feel dated, to others it's rustic. I prefer the latter interpretation. Clean beds, great restaurant and bar. I didn't explore the spa, so I can't speak to that, but it exists.

Poor management of check in, double charged me due to their mistake booking me into the wrong room. Having trouble to sort out account. Room was super noisy late at night and very early in the morning. Was woken up at 1:45Am to tell me I was in the wrong room, no real apologies at check out, no invoice had to ask for that later again after promising to send it to my email address. Overall experience very dissatisfying!!!!

Pricey, but I think that is normal for the area. Nice rooms and staff, floor squeeked and I could hear the neighbor cursing up a storm at one point. Had a nice stay, gym was minimal. Restaurant was very nice. Limited parking available, but no one messed with my vehicle or belongings in the truck bed. If I were in Whitehorse I'd stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Gold Rush Inn, the location is very convenient, right downtown. There is a saloon restaurant next to the hotel for easy and fast breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Recently stayed at the Gold Rush Inn in Whitehorse. We couldn't believe the high quality of bed linen and the comfort of the beds, and overall we were impressed with the friendly, helpful and and knowledgeable service we received. Our meal in the lounge was good and the atmosphere was fun. The inn has a down home comfort to it, and is the kind of place where you feel relaxed and welcomed. Loved the location, in the heart of downtown and just a few blocks from the river. We recommend the Gokd Rush for anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable place to stay in Whitehorse.

Decent rooms, nice staff. Cecile in the restaurant was especially great.

We had one of the old rooms, it was smelly and not very clean. There were stains on our sheets which we should change ourselves because the housekeeping was already gone on that day.... the next day we had to remind the Front desk again and they were changed after that. If you book this hotel ask for the renovated ones! The Lady at the Check out was understandind and helpful, the two stars are for her and the good location. We would not recommend staying here, the price is way too high for what was offered.
