mixed bag on this one. been in this house for 7 yrs and we have dogs. we’re trying to address environmental allergy situation and duct cleaning was recommended. this company was easy to book, they arrived on time, work done efficiently, polite. after 3 hr cleaning sent pix of before and after—there was very little difference for a $900 service. the guy gave our ducts a 3/10 before cleaning and we were told we should’ve got an appraisal beforehand, he tells us afterwards, but no one in whitehorse does appraisals. we probably didn’t need the ducts cleaned, but how are you to know. guess we’re good for at least another 7-10 years.

Did great work, the 3 star is for 2 reasons. First: they don’t use a vac truck, so the dust despite their efforts will go into your home air instead of outside were it belongs, normal people non issue they do use a hepa filter vacuum ( when was the filter last replaced? )asthma people like me, big issue, had 2 attacks till they moved the vac outside for me. Second: Bottom line, they need a proper outdoor vacuum truck, this would make them faster and cleaner. They are not cheep, so a proper clean air job should be something they should invest into. Overall, pretty good for what they have, just dont want to have to leave my house and freeze my butt off cause they dont have a outdoor system.
