So happy that I found this company. Found them on google and chose them based on reviews. The other reviewers were right, these folks are great. The company was very accommodating in scheduling my eavestrough cleaning to suit my schedule. The two people who came to do the work were polite, and they were true professionals. I have never seen such professionalism from other people I have hired to clean my eaves. They did a thorough job in cleaning out the eaves, and they also took apart the bendy parts of the downspouts to clear out the compacted gunk that was blocking them - when they reassembled everything, they replaced the old rusty screws with new ones to keep things secure. They gave me helpful advice in response to my concerns about my buried downspouts. As an added bonus, they neatly folded the tops of the yard waste bags to keep the leaf junk securely inside until pickup day and placed them at the foot of the driveway (a nice change from the crumpled soggy messes that a previous company left behind on my walkway). They contacted me the day before arrival as promised, and arrived on time when they said they would. I shouldn't get this excited about an eaves cleaning, but this experience was such a refreshing change from past experiences. Hoping to find other jobs around the house that I can hire them for. It's been a very pleasant experience.

This company has been our go-to for eaves and window cleaning for a few years. They respond promptly, and do a thorough job. We've had a bad experience in the past where the eaves "clesner" left some of our eaves damaged (poked into them), so it is nice to have a company we can rely on.

Trouble from the moment go. Maple Window and Eaves was referred to us, but we had trouble after trouble. I will not be using them again. Finally Yitzie, the owner, came out to visit, and I thought he understood my level of concern with the whole experience. Some time after that he explained again that they had misquoted the price even though his firm determined the price after the service visit. Ultimately, he offered a nominal discount for the inconvenience. Having spent way too much time on this whole interaction which has dragged out for months, I will seek out a new service provider next time. Two stars because the cleaning was thorough and addressed the original reason for calling, but the communications and poor customer service experience lost three stars for them.

We use Maple Window & Eaves every spring and fall to clean the windows and clear the eaves. They work quickly but still do a great job. Windows are sparkly and they stand behind their work. Didn't use them one fall to clean the eaves and we ended up with a roof leak due to a leaf build up. Lesson learned, it's totally worth it to have someone come and clear your eaves.

We initially had a good experience the first time but this fall could not get them to book us despite a few requests (kept getting told we'd be booked "next week", and then 2 months later had some guys show up unannounced, wandering around our backyard, to clean our windows (which we no longer needed). And then were quite rude when asked to leave.

The fact that they arrived at the time that they indicated they would start was also very much appreciated. They did a very thorough job and cleaned and tested all my downspouts. We found this company on Homestars and they were very quick to respond to our request. They came about a week after we contacted them and the service was quick, professional and well done. I could see them carrying buckets of leaves off the roof, and they were finished in about 15 minutes. Payment was very easily done through etransfer. I would not recommend this company! We contacted the company at the beginning of November to book their services. They told us it would be 2 weeks weather permitting. It has been a month and a half with no communication, we asked for an update on when we could expect it to be complete. The president responded to us being very rude saying “it’s worse for us then it is for you.” Not a reliable company but also one who clearly doesn’t value their customer who is simply asking for an update.

We got a referral from a family member for fairly priced eavestrough cleaning services and were happy to see the outstanding Homestars reviews. Anna, the office manager, provided a quote promptly and the company was relatively flexible in booking us a slot after most of the leaves had fallen. We also dealt with the President, Yitzie, who was very responsive to questions by email. They also kindly fixed a couple of our downspouts which had issues. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone as an honest, reliable service provider.

Window & Gutter Cleaning review I had an issue with my eaves trough which was clogged and causing a waterfall to go over the side of my house during flash storms. I contacted Maple Windows & Eaves cleaning over the web and asked for a quick response. Yitzie got back to me very quickly. They whole process is very smooth - you get notified the night before they come and they take care of everything. The guys were very friendly, helpful and listened to the issue. 18 years ago I had all new eaves, fascia, soffits, window trim and other aluminum trim put on the house. The colour was a light beige but over the past 15 - 16 years, black stains (dirt and mold?) began to develop everywhere. Some areas where there was more shade were worse than other areas. I checked online reviews and hired Maple Window and Eaves Cleaning after a few emails back and forth with Yitzie, the owner who provided an estimate after I sent some photos of the house exterior. I could have done the window exterior myself but decided to have Yitzie's crew do that as well for the added fair cost. His crew of three, Narase, Daniel and Chris arrived on time and in addition to doing a great job (cleaning the interior of all eaves and downspouts, cleaning the exterior of ALL beige aluminum, cleaning of window exterior), they were all so kind, easy going and professional. The following is MY FAULT. Most of the exterior beige aluminum came out about 70-80% cleaner than before with the remainder coming out like new. Now, had I called to have the exterior cleaned every 2 - 3 years since newly installed, all stains would have likely come out. I noticed the stains beginning about 2 - 3 years after being newly installed and I ignored the stains which just continued to get worse for the past 15 - 16 years. I only wish I hired Maple Window and Eaves Cleaning much sooner. Highly recommended! I included before and after photos.
