Although I had a positive prior experience with Breiter, this one was quite negative. Two screens were damaged by the cleaners and after a couple of calls back and forth they offered (reluctantly) to credit my bill by $25.00, which I refused. One of the screens was on a large window installed less than 6 months ago and the broken parts were lying on the floor beneath the screen (inside screens). I would say that the only way to deal with Breiter is to take careful photos of every window screen that they will be removing, as they do not believe their clients. I will not be dealing with them again.
