Fiber Protecion has been cleaning and protecting our rugs for a number of years. They do a very good job at removing pet stains and smells. The rugs come back looking like new. Highly recommended if you want high quality work and service for your fine rugs.

Stain Removal Pickering About 6 hours ago Long story short i fell asleep on the couch with a chocolate in my pocket and it melted onto our couch cushion and left a stain I didn't think was going to come off, my wife was not very impressed lol. I called Paul because we sprayed our couch with Fiber Protection. 1. He returned my call immediately 2. He honored our warranty even though it just recently expired 3. He provided great customer care and offered more then he needed to The result was the best as we couldn't even tell where the stain originally was and it was done within 2 business days. I am sending Paul the before and after pictures so he can share it with his clients and potential clients as to show the level of work that Fiber Protection provides. Overall we are extremely happy with the result and I was even more impressed with the level of service and care Paul and his team provided to us! Being in the service industry for 20 years myself I understand what separates good companies from great companies and his honesty, dedication, quality of work should be everything a client looks for in any service provider. He has a loyal customer in us 100%. Although we hope we don't damage our fabric too often lol we know that we will be in good hands if it does happen again.

I recently purchased new furniture for my main floor. Most of the fabrics were white!!! So I was very nervous about spills and stains. I found Fiber Protection Services on Home Stars and chose them because of the many 5 star reviews. Now I know why there are so many. I called Paul and left a message. Within 15 minutes (which is unheard of) he called me back and left me a long voice message about the services he offers. I booked his services immediately and his team came out today to protect my furniture. They also educated me on the “chemistry” of stains and what to do in the event of one with their at-home kit that is included. While I haven’t spilled anything....YET (with 2 teenagers and a dog!) I’m sure I won’t have any problems cleaning up after a spill. And if I can’t clean it myself, they will come out and do it for you. I highly recommend protecting your furniture with Fiber Protection Services. Their customer service and products sets them apart from all the rest!

Fiber Protection Services did such an AMAZING job on my antique rug. I never thought it could ever look like new again. The technicians are very professional and know what they are talking about when it come to carpets and fabrics. After trying out this company for the first time. I have sent away my 3 other antique rugs to their shop to be cleaned and treated. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone with antique carpets, rugs and fabrics. I would not trust another company to care for my rugs the way this company does.

Fiber Protection Service did an incredible job cleaning the blood out of the carpet on the steps in our basement after we had an accident. This is the second time we have used the services of Fiber Protection because we were extremely happy with the way they fiber protected our upstairs runner a few years ago. Based on the number of stairs leading to the basement Jeff quoted us a price. He also indicated that we would get more value for the quoted price if we did our other set of carpeted stairs; we really appreciated that. You don’t hear of businesses being that honest these days. I used Fibre Protect for 2 different reasons . The first was to protect our new couch as we have an active family and large furry dog that lives on the couch . Paul explained the process, after care, and answered all my questions before he began The second time I used Fibre Protect was when our dog had an accident on an old piece of furniture. The technician removed the stain completely leaving no trace. We'll definitely use Fibre Protect in the as our 'go to' in the future.

These guys are miracle workers in my books. I had them protect my upholstery & area rugs a couple of years ago after I got a puppy. What a good decision. My dog regularly gets an upset tummy, and throws up on the rugs, the furniture, my bed....never the hardwood floor. Last year we purchased two side chairs from a great store on King Street East, Toronto. This past Christmas we also purchased a new silk and viscose area rug for our living room. We noticed some staining on the back of one chair likely due to hair products rubbing off in that one spot. We had also read that silk rugs are durable but any viscose content would wear over time based on foot traffic. FiberProtection Services came highly recommended from the store we bought our chairs. It was easy to make arrangements with Paul and he was able to provide us with an estimate and some advice about the chair, namely whether a spot cleaning might work vs. a full cleaning before protection. Paul came to our condo and brought along a great father and son team who did a great job spot cleaning the chair. They were all very informative and it was great customer service. The team then went on to protect both chairs and our silk and viscose rug. Rates were very reasonable and the estimated fee for the chair spot cleaning was reduced as it was a small area. The fiber protection kit is great to have and we now know how to treat any future stains. The chairs and rug only needed 4 hours drying before we could use them again. Impressive. We highly recommend Fiber Protection Services for any fabric cleaning and protection you may have.

We received a stain removal kit and it was made clear to us that if the stain removal kit does not get a stain out, then his technicians will. Amazing and responsive service. I don't know how they get the stains out but they do! We have used Fiber Protection's service to clean and protect both our wool/viscose rug and also some upholstered furniture in our living room. The cleaning service is incredible and everything looks like new afterwards. And the after-care (for stains) is truly amazing - they are super responsive to coming quickly and the treatments they use get the stains out! It's not too often that you find a company that delivers exactly what they champion: which is a product that is does what they say it will do and customer service that is like no other. The team at Fiber Protection Services provides an outstanding product that will protect your furniture investment and when accidents happen, they come to you to remedy the problem. We have had the respond twice to our backyard stain challenges. Once when a racoon decided to walk all over our cream chaise lounge cushions and more recently when a some squirrels soiled the cushion. They delivered exactly on their promise to restore the fabrics to their original clean state. Of course it is tough to spend the money initially to protect your prized possessions, but it only takes one major accident for one to realize how fortunate you are to have the protection needed to keep your items looking great. Fiber Protection Services, specifically Paul and his team, came out to protect our new expensive furniture as we were getting ready to host a big party in a few days. In total we protected 9 pieces of furniture and area rugs. Not only was the team professional, all pieces were completed thoroughly and meticulously, while also being careful with our other pieces of furniture. Paul also walked us through their product, their maintenance services, and even trained us how and when to treat different stains, with the use of their products, how to spot clean, etc. After Paul and the team left the first time, we decided to also protect our very expensive leather couch. We knew the service would be impeccable and that our couch would have only the best product used to protect it. Even though it was a last minute request, Paul went out of his way to find time in the same week while still as pleasant as the first time we met him. Our party was a hit and the whole time, we never worried about any spills or food stains since we knew we were covered with maintenance service if a serious spill happened. We purchased a new sofa, initially hesitant to use any protection service but believe me, we were glad we did. Paul and his team are phenominal. Spilled a half bottle of wine on a brand new grey sofa. The after care service is where you see your money's worth. We contacted Fibre Protection after our one day old Restoration Hardware velvet swivel chair had dye from new blue jeans on the seat and sides. I thought our new chair was ruined. We hired Fiber Protection Services to treat four new pieces of furniture. Unfortunately there is a manufacturing flaw with two of the chairs that resulted in a blue stain bleeding through the fabric after application of the Fiber Protection Services clear solution. This is due to a blue piece of material used behind the upholstery. Although this is clearly the fault of the manufacturer Fiber Protection Services took full responsibility and made sure that the stains were removed from the chair. Customer satisfaction and care is clearly important to this company.
