Lia is very polite and approachable. I hired their services for a move in clean. I was not very happy with certain areas and when i told Lia about it , instead of getting defensive she was apologetic and did a repeat clean of the kitchen for free. I was very impressed by her attitude. I hired their services for weekly clean and so far i am very happy and impressed with their services. Prices are reasonable , service is very good. I look forward to my weekly clean with them and i highly recommend their services to any one looking to hire cleaners in the area.

I found Lia's cleaning service on a Google search. They have been responsive and reliable. I have an Airbnb so having a clean home is very important. I have been complimented on the house being very clean after they have been there. I'm happy to recommend them. After posting this review I returned home after being away for two months and found the house was not as clean as it needed to be for the Airbnb guests. I received some Airbnb complaints and it lowered my score. Lia's response was to say "sorry". She didn't fix the problem or even respond quickly. I need a cleaner that can respond to me, even when they know it's not good news. That's how we improve and get back on track. So this didn't work for me.

Setting up the appointment was easy and effortless. The company did a good job at communicating and giving estimates. The cleaner/employee arrived on time and did a phenomenal job. Everything was spotless! The cleaner paid attention to small details and even cleaned spots I was not expecting her to clean. I paid for the deep cleaning. It was worth it. I definitely recommend and plan on utilizing their services again in the future. Manager/point of contact was very nice and texted/called to make sure everything was to the customer’s satisfaction. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND! Highly!!!!!!!!!!!!! Heed my advice!

I hired Lia's Cleaning Service to do a move-out cleaning for my apartment last week. The night before my appointment (around 9 pm) I got a text saying they had a scheduling issue and asked to move it to a different date or else they would arrive late. This upset me a little bit since I had scheduled the appointment about 3 weeks prior to the appointment, especially since I got the text about 12 hours before my appointment. I was, however, very impressed with the cleaning job that they did and recommended it to the management company that I was renting through. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in the area!

Was deceived. I may have just been gullible. Was texted night before and told if house messier than expected...to expect rate hike...that 10 day old estimate just a guess. How insulting. We argued about it..made up...via text...you won't voice reply...and they did not come. Let's see. Yesterday's day... Mom had stroke Auto accident Then text at 8pm saying see u tomorrow ...ps ...our estimate was a guess. Not cool. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE TAKEN IN.I EVEN SPOLOGIZED FOR CANCELLATION IN THEM...WHICH WAS JUSTIFIED. ASJED THEM TO PLEASE COME...GIT A GOD BLESS...AND A NO! WATCH OUT ALL!!
