I Hired AMDF cleaning services to transform my kitchen and they didn’t disappoint. My kitchen was in a total mess- fruit flies everywhere, dirty dishes, completely messed up fridge, and takeouts from weeks ago just sitting on the counter top. I was completely amazed by the transformation. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone and their services were CHEAPER compared to other companies I was looking into.

I needed to have an emergency, same day moving clean done at a house on a Sunday. Anita arranged same day cleaning services within 3 hrs of my first call. She was so helpful and kind at a very difficult and stressful time. Very understanding and gave me updates when the cleaning staff arrived and follow up the next day to see if everything was satisfactory. The cleaning staff did an amazing job! Found their ads on kjiji and made up my mind based on the positive reviews here but it was a great regret. I contacted this company in May for a move out cleaning on July 30th 2021, paid half of the cost of services upfront. I was given a time for 4-9pm and discussed in details what to expect. Called a week to confirm if everything was in order and I was assured someone would show up by 4pm at the provided address . At 4:15pm called the owner that I didnt see anyone yet , she gave an excuse that she asked someone to call me that time was changed to 4:30 and didn't know they didn't call. I waited again till 5pm and called again, I was told the cleaner had arrived and was cleaning the apartment, at about 6.22pm, I was called by the owner requesting if they could come the next day 8am to finish. I was so disappointed because the property management was supposed to come 10am to inspect the cleaning. I was promised that the cleaning was already half way done and it would be completed by 10am. I was surprised to hear this response because the time I was informed the cleaner started would have just been 1hour and 30mins.i grudgingly accepted the only option available to me. After the call ended, I decided to go to the apartment to find out what was supposedly cleaned so far. To my amazement, no one came to my apartment and nothing was done. I called the owner to express my shock and her defence was that was what her staff told her and tried to convince me the job would be completed the following day before 10am the following day. I must also state there was no empathy or remorse for the disappointment. Fast forward to the next day . After their supposed completion by 10am, I was there with the inspector , the cleaning was not professional. I was so disappointed and regretted using their services. The carpets were not well cleaned, the walls were dirty, I was just so disappointed and thankfully the inspector was abit patient to allow some quick fix of the poor job done which was still below standard and the whole experience left a very bad taste. I still went ahead to complete my payment and I knew I needed to leave a detailed review of my experience as I never ever expected the poor services I got.

I recently had to get ready to go out if province and needed a short notice clean of my house because I had literally no time to do it myself. After searching around, I found this business and checked their website and it looked pretty good so I gave them a shout. They were quite punctual and quick to reply and in no time a cleaner was dispatched to my place. They were thorough and did an excellent job making everything exceed my expectations. Good price too.

Amdf Cleaning services, provided excellent cleaning for our house , we were preparing to sell. Amdf worked-hard and even tackle on more work than what we proposed. It was a wonderful experience working with them, their Manager Anita is so down to earth and professional , she made sure the Project went on smoothly , irrespective of the hiccups . I would 100% recommend them .

**Edit** I have attached our invoice for AMDF's Managements inability to accept responsibility for poor service. While the individual who made the booking goes by a different name; it's my name on the credit card that paid the bill..... Please refer to your Credit Card Transactions if you need further proof. First of all the actual cleaners were very professional and did a wonderful job. However, the management of this company left a lot to be desired. Cleaners did not show up the first day as management had booked it on the wrong day. Once they were here they did a great job. Pricing was agreed upon prior to the appointment and once all was done the price had changed and was not clear from the start. While they worked to rectify the issue, there are many companies out there today that wouldn't been as bad planning in this current environment.
