Adding insult to injury , never were we offered a secondary person to come and do a proper cleaning of our house, yes we were not charged for the service this time but on two other occasions we were charged for a lousy job that you were also told about. Only now that we are publicly coming forward are you offering apology. The service was less than acceptable and the cleaner was rude to both of us on separate occasions . Suggesting now that employees are trained and making it seem like we are the ones not being co operative is so unprofessional, as a business owner for you to now Make us out to be the ones who impeded your attempts to correct the matter is deplorable . please do not make me post all the text messages which would contradict your less than honest rebuttal !!

The queen needs to get her cleaner better versed in cleanliness, I can only imagine what her own house must be like .......perhaps another one of the queens cleaners can restore my faith in “good work ethic” Update: Queen decided “no charge” for the service received. No mention of offering to have another come and clean to try and correct the problem or restore my faith. We are done with this service !

Very poor communication and management! Never answered their phone. They did not even care to come to our house and give us a quote after several calls and emails! They canceled our appointment without even telling us! Of course, I did not use their cleaning service but I do not think they can do a good job with this level of customer service!

Adam came out three times to write/inspect and verify exactly what we wanted done/cleaned/washed/wiped/ etc…. This was an extensive renovation therefore there was more dust that one could think of! We hired a crew of 4 house cleaners plus Adam for 3 full days! They were professional, courteous and very hard working! Adam explained very clearly and delegated tasks to his employees who in turn didn’t waste a minute and got to work! They did an outstanding job and will definitely use them again for a thorough cleaning! Very impressive! ????????
