Showed up next day after calling, they were courteous and kind. The price was good, and as I've had other cleaners before, they did a better job than what I had done before. They did miss a couple of cross-over ducts that were hidden in the ceiling joists that the hvac company pointed out to me, but have since been re-panned. I would gladly recommend them for their work ethic and prompt attention.

Shortly after the cleaning when the furnace started you could smell the freshness. Before duct cleaning we had to dust 2-3 times a week, not now. Thank you, for a job well done. I believe this is a family run business. Very willing to work around our schedule. They worked together efficiently and thoroughly to clean our ducts and steam clean the carpets. Extra effort was applied in heavily soiled areas, and we were given tips to keep our ducts clean. The team used all precautions necessary during Covid, and expected the same from our family. This company provided excellent service, and it was a great decision to have them come after purchasing a new home! Will definitely use this company again.

Can not expect and ask anymore. My house got cleaned up eventually after its buildup 30 years ago. Air quality indoor turned better immediately. 250 dollars was totally worth! See you guys in every 2 years.

Mike and family are great, I've had them out for duct cleaning, furnature clean and carpet , awesome job. I've introduced to a great friend and first did their ducts that they found a couple problems and went under the house and did repairs.....WOW ! They most recently have been back and did a refresh of the original rugs and the stone floors and grout, my friend said it looks like it was just installed but is 15 years old....stone millions old ...ha . I cannot say enough about the job that Mike and his family did! We had water coming in our basement during the last rainfall and they were here within an hour and cleaning everything very quickly. Had they not been here, there would have without a doubt been much more damage than we sustained from the storm. Their work ethic was second to none, which is such a rare quality to find nowadays. They worked tirelessly late into the evening and didn’t stop until the entire mess was spotless, dry and immaculate. If you ever find yourself in this kind of situation, which I hope you never do, DON’T call anyone else. You can not afford to trust your cleanup to anyone else. Ontario Steam saved our basement and we cannot thank you enough!

Saw a video online about the importance of ventilation cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. I called for service and Ontario Steam arrived on time to do a thorough cleaning of all the vents and dryer vent. Amazing work and great pricing as well. Now my home air will be clean and sanitary and my dryer vent will not be a fire hazard anymore. Can't wait to call back in a year or two!

Had them in today to clean our ductwork and dryer vent. Very nice people and professional. They cleaned up to the best of their ability(dryer cleaning got a little dusty.) and apologized a few times for the little mess left. Always been sceptical of duct cleaning, but time will tell if it was worth it. The dryer vent certainly was. If you're thinking of having your ducts cleaned, this company seems very thorough and knowledgable.

Very happy with the outcome of the service! I contacted this company due to a lack of performance with my rental property hvac. Its an old house and there is no way to know now when it was done last but it has made a difference in the air of the house and the amount of cool air making it all the way to the top unit - enough to have been noticed by my tenants who were delighted I got the service done. Hours of operation are very good - no need to take a day off work to get your ducts cleaned - makes so much sense. See you in 2 years.

I would recommend this company. They were punctual, very polite, friendly, and professional. They took all return vents off and showed me the condition they were in. I took the opportunity to wash them and they kindly screwed them back into the wall. They were thorough and made sure to locate all air vents . Cleaned up after they were finished. Answered any questions I had. They placed a reminder on my furnace of the next date the vents should be cleaned.
