I over paid the man by 100 bucks and he called me later to tell me and left the money under the matt. Super Honest, also asked me if I wanted the birds nest thrown away or kept in its location. Ben and his staff from Men in Kilts, Windsor did a fantastic job cleaning our traditional Georgian Colonial home and large detached garage. The day started with a call just before 8:00 A.M. confirming his arrival time and letting us know he was on his way. He even offered to pick up coffee from Tim Horton’s on the way. Once arriving he wasted little time and went straight to work. For each service he explained the procedures and the materials he would be using to achieve the best possible result. At various points during the day he ensured we were happy with the results and he kept the jobsite clean. At the end of the day he did a walk around to ensure we were completely satisfied with each of the services provided. We would highly recommend the services of Men in Kilts, Windsor.

I had been trying to get some local eavestrough cleaning companies out and rarely had my calls returned. MiK responded right away. When they told me they were booked up for a month they offered to put me on the cancellations list and I got them out two days later. They then showed up hours earlier than scheduled (after calling me first). The crew were fantastic! Everything I needed they were able to take care of and they even did some additional work for no additional charge that I wasn't expecting. Very friendly and helpful. It was a bit expensive but I felt that the service made it a great value. I'll be calling on them again.

When scheduling the time, i specifically told the lady on the phone the reason i couldn't do it earlier due to a previously-set doctor's appointment. 2 days before the scheduled time, she called me saying an earlier time had become available, thus; i could move up my time earlier. That was offensive and insensitive to me by not respecting MY time since i had already told her the reason why the appointment couldn't be set earlier. That also showed lack of consideretion. I came very close to cancelling. For that reason i give 3 stars. As far as the 2 very nice and accomodating gentlemen that came to do the work, they deserve 5 stars plus, plus. They went far and beyond their duty in accommodating my requests.

Had gutter guards installed by these guys. The two gentlemen showed up exactly on time and went to work quickly and efficiently. My gutters were really bad and they cleaned them while doing the install. They went back after they were done and swept up all the debris and garbage and left the place as clean as it was when they arrived. The price was a bit more than a fly by night Kijiji guy, but I appreciate that they offer the 10 year warranty and that they have so many satisfied customers. Will use them again and I completely recommend their services.

We called for an estimate and information about pressure washing, for what was a pretty small job - front and back steps, a patio pad and a sidewalk along the side of our house. I received a rough estimate over the phone from very friendly staff. Curtis showed up as scheduled. He was friendly, professional and finalized the estimate for us before doing the work well and efficiently. The patio pad in particular looks way better! Very thorough job and he wasthoughtful about putting some things back in place that I could not lift. Very pleased with my introduction to Men in Kilts.

Joseph and Brenen from Men with Kilts are amazing. I live in a 1.5 storey townhome in Windsor. At the front, the porch, brick face, garage door,front door and upper windows all required a good washing. Spiders and dirt had marred my home's facade. In the back, the patio (stamped concrete) had developed quite a lot of green moss as did the upper deck and back fence. In addition, two sets of patio doors w/ screens and a large back window needed some scrubbing. Not only did these two gentlemen take great care in doing a thorough job, but they also explained their process and highlighted additional areas they chose to tackle that I would never have thought of (e.g. under the deck). Super polite and personable, plus demonstrating an obvious pride in a job well-done, these two are definitely the ones to request for a power washing and window cleaning. For the time they took as well as their attention to detail, I found the price very reasonable. I will be hiring Joseph and Brenen from Men with Kilts again. Thank you!

Brendan, the in-site employee, was very professional and responsive in addressing a disconnect between the quoted number of windows and the actual number of windows he counted once on site. Unfortunately, his count was higher and therefore the price was higher than expected. We were able to reach an agreement, but I highly recommend the quoting process be more robust so there is no element of surprise for the customer when the work is about to start. All scheduled times (quoting and the day the work was to be done) were punctual and in constant communications with the office. At the end of the day, I inspected each window and screen with Brendan and was very satisfied and delighted with the appearance of all windows. He did a very thorough job that met our expectations.
