JP Awning Cleaning responded to our request for service and promptly provided a written estimate. JP was professional and pleasant. Our 14 year old awning was covered with green and black mold and mildew. JP cleaned the awning thoroughly, with great attention to detail, brushing and power washing every inch, inside and out. Once the awning dried, JP then applied a water repellant. His workmanship was meticulous and thorough. The 14 year old awning is now immaculate! It looks practically brand new! I would recommend JP for all your canvas cleaning needs. You won't be disappointed.

We called JP's Awning Cleaning, and a few days later JP himself came to our house to do an estimate on cleaning our 17' x 12' awning. Very fair price, which included cleaning and waterproofing our awning, cleaning the screens, cleaning the clear, plastic walls and the floor. He was very personable and professional. He apologised for not being able to do the job for a month due to the COVID issue and the backlog of jobs. So, one month later, JP and his crew arrived and voila! Our patio looks brand new! Andrew and Patrick were professional and thorough and we are very, very pleased with the work done today.

JP and his crew arrived at the apt. building to try and restore the look of our awning and courtyard gazebo. This was the first time they had been cleaned in 15 years and they were mouldy and full of bird do do. What a great crew...they arrived early, set up their equipment quickly and got to work. They totally dismantled the gazebo and took great pains to thoroughly clean each piece. They were meticulous and what a great job they did. These young men put the gazebo back together and then applied a protective agent to both the awning and gazebo. Absolute polite and professionals from start to finish. Outstanding service....would highly recommend. Our awing and gazebo look brand new. We will be calling them again and again. Do not hesitate to call JP's.

JP's Awning Cleaning were recommended to me by a reputable London awning company to clean a build-up of dirt on the awnings due to the run-off water from the flat roof. Perfect Work and so Professional. From the first call to the finished product simply amazing. Appointment for quote within 3 day’s appointment for cleaning within 5 days. I think the price was beyond reasonable especially when you see the work that goes into it. Awning was 5 years old we had been diligent with spring cleaning but it was leaking and dirty. The staff that do the cleaning and came during Covid were so respectful, so efficient, and so very through and we were so pleased. The 3 associates who performed the work today were courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. COVID rules were followed which was important to us. The cost was reasonable & fair. We believe the life of our awnings has been extended by several years. They are 14 years old & still look fine. We view this maintenance service as a money saver, avoiding premature replacement cost. Personnel were polite and professional and after finishing the job cleaned-up area so well you wouldn't think anyone had been around. Our retractable awning was purchased 20+ years ago and needed a good cleaning. We also have a "side curtain" that was installed at the same time as the canopy which was also cleaned.
