Jason and the crew came to our place and cleaned all of our floors in a very professional manner. Also the floors came out spotless, even from remnants of stains that we had from our Great Dane puppy and our friends red wine mess. Jason was quick to respond and offered us a great deal. We have since had Complete Steam Clean come out and clean our floors every 3 months. Thank you Jason and your professional crew. What I love about the service is that they don't try to up sell you on everything.

Complete Steam Clean has done an excellent job with my house and with my boat. All products used are kid and pet friendly, and effective in removing almost every stain on my carpet from my teenagers. Jason even volunteered to return when my daughter spilled chili on the carpet two days after it was cleaned! Thankfully, we got it out ourselves, but I really appreciated that level of service. Their equipment is top of the line and powerful, so my carpets were dry in no time and it was a very professional job. Thanks to Complete Steam Clean for leaving my carpets spotless!

I've never been so happy with a cleaning company. They did our tile floors and made them shine like new. We have two large dogs and after they did the carpets, you'd never know it - everything was clean and smelled fresh. (and their products are pet friendly which is very important to me) They did not pull the typical "high pressure sales pitch" with me that I've experienced with other companies and I felt very comfortable with them. I would highly recommend their services!

Hmmmm I may have used a different service because I was not that impressed. I was quoted the job was to take 1.5 hours or was completed in less than an hour. The guy even tells my wife, I have a very busy day so he basically went around the computer desk the area where we got the most flooded water. We even offered to move the piece so he could do a more thorough job. It seemed like a rush job, I used other services before and they never completed in less than 2 hours. When we paid he wrote on he invoice, cannot guarantee odor or mold, something should have been said prior to doing the work. As far as the upstairs off white carpet. He was kind enough to let s know that he couldn't get the stains out, really, how about letting me know so we can discuss some options. I had other service guys work on their hands and knees with a bottle and brush pre scrubbing and prepping the area prior to cleaning. $180 for up and down what a shame. I need to call another company and have it done over. That's fine however, jst won't use them again

Amazing service and my carpets look like new! The team was courteous, friendly, and professional and did a great job. When I called their schedule was very full but they still went out of their way to fit us in. My husband was most grateful that he didn't have to go rent a cleaner and buy soap at not much less than the cost if the service, and that he didn't have to spend hours lugging it around himself to do just a mediocre job. I recently had this company clean the tile in my kitchen, hall and 2 bathrooms .Also had the traffic area in 2 bedrooms cleaned. I paid $460. for this and was not happy with the end result. The tile had the technician’s shoe prints on it and I had to rinse the entire area with warm water after it dried. The bathroom tile was cleaned with a machine and the grout area around the toilet and the edge of the cabinet was not cleaned. When the 2 year old bedroom carpet dried there was a large stain at the doorway that wasn’t previously there.I had to call the company the next day to return to redo the bathroom and remove the stain from the carpet. I wasn’t satisfied with the job I got for the money I paid.

Nice guys. They mean business, but they are very friendly and know the score. We got 5 kids. All the Popsicles, and sticky treats they sneak in and spill when we turn our faces the other way, our carpet was so bad we were thinking of ripping it out... But then we called these guys.... These guys actually surprised me and got the carpet even better than I expected. It was rather Impressive. Proper blue collar hard working heroes, out there to help us, in the midst of this pandemic. Yes, it's risky with Covid-19 but we all wore our masks and kept as safe as we could with all the health measures we can. That's all we can do.
