The building maintenance is of top quality. Mcleod building in UBC is under use 24/7 by the students of UBC and the maintenance company does a perfect job keeping the place clean for students to perform their tasks without any disruptions. The staff is very nice and put a cheer to all students' faces when they are in tough times. Excellent service! :)

Custodian staff is very good at cleaning my building but the toilet paper and all the other supplies they give are very cheap quality. I would not recommend buying any of there supplies and would go with a different company for supplies but the custodian staff is very good. There staff is very friendly and hard working.

Best Janitorial Service around. After when they finish cleaning, the study rooms are way cleaner and actual smells fresh. HD Top is very professional and on time with every cleaning session. In addition, the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I left my keys in the study rooms and they helped me by accessing to the room to retrieve the keys for me! Definitely the best around town!
