I have used Mark for over 12 years now and I highly recommend him and his company.I have a massive fir tree in my back yard constantly dropping its' neesdles all over the yard and glogging the gutters so I need help several times a year to clean them out.He does a good job cleaning them inside and out and I also use him to clean the windows.He cleans up the job site when he is done the work and his prices are reasonable.I recommend him for the quality of his work his friendliness his professionalism and his responsiveness to my emails.

This supplier to our small 4 storey White Rock strata uses a water fed pole system which can be challenging for upper storeys but Mark has been great about returning to address any deficiencies that we reported to him. Cascadia's costs are very substantially less than other quotes allowing us to have the windows cleaned more often if we choose which is important in a community where seabirds frequent the neighbourhood. This is a conscientious and cost effective service provider.

Worst example of window cleaning I've seen to date. Not only did they not clean the bird poop off the window, they also left water streaks everywhere. In addition to that, they had been instructed to do the buildings skylights. Skylights remain as they where prior to their arrival. I certainly hope that our Strata will re-engage to have them complete the job and that they will comply.

Unfortunately our experience with this company is not favourable for the following reasons and felt it was important to share our concerns. We hired this company to clean our windows and wash the outside of the house. We had checked the reviews and they were mostly favourable which is why we selected the company. In hindsight we should have paid more attention to the negative reviews as they matched our experience. 1. The windows were not cleaned well at all. A few windows were entirely missed, others weren't cleaned around the edges, gumming caused by labels not removed, a few labels not removed at all, smudge spots in centre of some of the windows, scratch on one window (we can't 100% confirm this was them but it wasn't there prior and it's not an area that gets used so not sure how it would have got there) many streaks and spots on the outside as and they washed the house AFTER the windows were cleaned and water was left on the windows. 2. When they washed the house, Items were not moved out of the way so shoes etc got wet. 3. Too much water pressure was used on the garage door and it soaked the inside of the garage. 4. The generator was stood on to wash the windows instead of using a ladder. 5. They didn't have the proper equipment (i.e. needed to borrow a stepping stool for the windows). 6. I asked Mark's assistant if they would be there when I came back in an hour (I was gone less than an hour and my husband was home and available) he indicated yes they would be. However when I came back they were gone and hadn't even mentioned they were leaving to my husband who would have paid them once he confirmed they were complete. It was odd that we didn't hear from them until 3 days later when they requested payment. Given the above issues and taking into consideration the entire job needed to be redone, we still paid them for 1/2 which we felt was more than fair. Rather than reflecting on this experience, Mark's response was to accuse us of trying to get out of paying which was blatantly false. I was honest with him when I advised him we felt it necessary to place a review to share our experience he again became defensive and stated "You paid half price for the work and still want to write a review. This is completely unfair, you have not given us the opportunity to address any of your concerns" . He seemed tone deaf to why we didn't want them back -as this was more than just a few items to be addressed.

We desperately needed the moss removed from our roof and thought it was going to be an impossible, long and expensive procedure. After searching the net we saw that Cascadia had on-line estimates that compared the price to the size of your home in pictures - bonus! We called for an estimate and Mark was reliable, fast and honest. He had us booked-in and the work completed along with an amazing clean-up quickly. We would recommend Cascadia to all our friends and family without hesitation. Professional, reliable, honest and hard-working - incredible!!!!
